In regards to my visit today everything went great! Keoshia and the other employee at the counter were very helpful in guiding us through sending a priority mail package and telling us where the materials we needed were. Made the process go by very quickly.

Disorganized mess. Customers all over to ship packages and the two employees are not able to run the register. Directing customers to use self service or go to a different post office.
November 2024
The person at the counter was locked out of the system and referred me to the self checkout kiosk which wouldn’t read my package dimensions but yet had her coworker return from lunch early to process the next persons return.
