“My wife and I recently had our wedding at Loft 21 a few weeks ago, and let me tell you, the pictures, walk throughs and planning did not do justice to how amazing the venue was.My wife and I are planners and we booked with Loft 21 a year in advance, so you can imagine we had a lot of ideas for our wedding. The planning process with Loft was good, some minor miscommunication, but feel like that will happen anywhere when you're emailing back and forth for that long. We were quickly able to jump on the phone and hash out all the plans and timeline to make everything flow perfectly.Brittni (Operation Lead) did an amazing job for our ceremony and reception and made the day of so easy for us that we did not have to do anything before the wedding, other than setting up our own props. The pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception went so smoothly, it's really hard to believe. I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Loft 21 to any couple looking to get married in the area.I'd also highly recommend utilizing Loft 21s preferred vendors, specifically H.Y.P.E Media as the owner of Loft also owns them so it made the Music and Production so much easier on us.They allow you to customize pretty much your own event, from lighting to set up to bar package, to pretty much anything you can think of.Thank you again Loft 21, Brittni, Jazmine and everyone else at Loft 21 for making our day so special and easy on us!”

“I brought my mom here for lunch and everything was wonderful! We both have food allergies and they were very attentive and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. In addition to that, everything was delicious! We both got burgers, hers had bacon and mine was without bacon and both were amazing! The fries were also really good, crispy and well salted. I can't say enough good things about my visit. We'll definitely come back!”

This covers every aspect from the sociopolitical climate to the economic pressures that led to the Holocaust, as well as the providing a very detailed description of the events before and after the Holocaust as well. These are detailed using a variety of methods such as stories, videos, artifacts, and replicas that are thoughtfully assembled.Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn more about the Holocaust in an excellently maintained museum.”

“A colleague booked this trip. Hotel right off the interstate, convenient but not quiet. Front desk staff was hit or miss in terms of service. Bartender spent most of her time playing gin rummy with the waitress. Full bar and restaurant, a good spot for meetings/conference. Food menu at HGIs is usually consistently decent.”

“I am the owner of Moving N Grooving DJs and I had the absolute pleasure of DJing a wedding in this place last night. This was my first time here and my first time meeting Michael and his staff. All I can say is WOW!!!!!This place is massive and amazing! The thing that stood out to me the most was how welcoming and kind Michael and ALL of his staff were. I do about 70 + weddings a year and I'm at a lot of different venues and believe it or not but a good number of venues don't treat vendors well! Michael and his staff were so kind and welcoming to me and all other vendors. You can just tell there is something different going on here and it's refreshing to see that there are still venues that don't treat vendors like 2nd hand help.If your thinking about booking this place the above is important because it speaks to the character of people behind your event! “This place has been one of my favorite places to take little kids since my daughter was little and she’s nine now. I have a one four and nine-year-old and they all absolutely love this place. The indoor climbing is large enough for adults to climb through and have fun too. 2 adults get in free with a child purchase. They have a right on section that is super fun for those proactive kids and a ballroom area where you could shoot balls at each other. If that threatens you for your little one, don’t be scared there is also age grouped off sections for the little ones. Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards. You can get great deals. Food is reasonable and yummy.”

The Spaghetti and Meatball with Meat Sauce was excellent (we ordered it with extra meat sauce). All the food was served hot (so nice) with very generous portions. “My family and I have always loved Maggiano's no matter which location we visit. This past visit to Skokie was even better. We had some members of our party that had allergies, specifically fish and nut. After telling the waiter, the Executive Chef came out to take our order personally. He explained the menu and which items are fried in the same oil as the shrimp. We were touched that Maggiano's takes food alergies seriously, and the Chef (who I am sure is very busy) took the time to explain the menu to us. Well done, Maggiano's!!!”
