Very disappointed and feel cheated from this branch as on Sunday received verbal and in writing quote on trade in value for phones
for the family thus going forward with transfers and purchase only to realize 3 days later they “mis quoted” and “made a mistake” so would not honor credit and now on the hook. Option presented by store manager was to give back my 16’s, down grade, or pay the $1300 difference over 36 months. Manager was not accommodating, not apologetic, and wouldn’t own their $1300 “oversight”. Would not recommend this branch.

Tyrus and Daniel are amazing!! My grandfather came to the store to get a new phone and not knowing a lot about technology he faced some issues with transferring all his data. The amount of patience Tyrus has is amazing and he is definitely a great asset to this team! Tyrus and Daniel assisted me when I was trying to recover an old email and was able to walk me through everything and recover my Grandfathers data! Thank you both for everything you do! This was a great experience at a phone store. And again Tyrus, I am so sorry for everything our whole family appreciates you!

New update, Jayson is also excellent! I own my own business and struggle with technology at times and he helped me figure out what I needed. He is patient and very easy to work with. Thank you!
Tyrus and his team do a great job! He has personally helped me a few times now, with broken phones, new lines and billing. I'm very happy AT&T has been able to retain him for so long, he is kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Morgan and Tyrus were very helpful during an upgrade I did in store recently! Tyrus was incredibly knowledgeable and just an overall great personality to have in the store during an otherwise traditionally long and boring upgrade process. Morgan was sweet and explained things well.

I have had several very bad experiences at AT&T stores in the past year. I was looking for a new company. I have been with AT&T my whole life and I am 77.
I gave it one more chance at your DeKalb store. Morgan helped me. She was delightful. She quickly figured out my phone problems and they worked fine. Please keep this young lady on your staff. I will stay with AT&T.

Jayson was a huge help! My fiance and I walked in with our 2 kids and he helped us right away. I wasn’t sure on which phone I wanted and he showed me both options that I was between. We then discussed upgrading and he wasn’t sure of the exact process so he asked for help instead of making an answer up. He then broke down our new bill for us which was huge. Last time we upgraded at a different store, we were told our bill would be one amount but it was way more than we were told. Our transfers were taking way longer than we expected, so he checked with his manager to make sure it was okay for me to take my old phone and new phone for the night, as it was getting to be closing time, and we returned the next day to give the old phone back. It was a great overall experience and will be back the next time we need to upgrade.

So I can in an couldnt figure out how to attach my number to my iCloud came into at&t an Daniel help me out no longer then 10 minutes super quick an effortless an two days before this tryis helped me swap my phone number over to my new phone in like 7 mins out me out real quick good customer support 👍

I would like to take this opportunity to give a person a well-deserved compliment for customer service. Travis Sisson from the store located at 2205 Sycamore Rd., DeKalb, IL help with a manner that was potentially going to affect my credit. I had gone to Walmart and was enrolled on a plan that I was completely uninformed about. He called it Ban Fraud. I went into the store that Travis Sisson is managing and he helped to take care of the issue. What impressed me the most was the fact that he had a new employee at the store and he trained her in the dos and don’ts of how to help a customer while taking care of me. He was very professional with the people over the phone and with me.
