“I’m from Berwyn IL & was in the area so I figured why not stop in to see what they had to offer, let me just start off by saying it was a great decision. I first stopped at the jewelry department and I had the most sweetest/beautiful soul of the name Jeniena taking care of me & I can definitely say I have never received great/attentive service like I did this day. She was so sweet showing me all types of jewelry and she was so patient with me. She deserves all the recognition because she was so pleasant!

“Nice place to buy quality clothing at discounted prices. Always check very well the clothing, sometimes original tags do not match the real size, and sometimes there are blemishes on the fabrics.Overall, a great place to buy fashionable clothing, and home decor at decent prices.”

“Keke was very helpful even though she was busy running around as the only person helping customers. at 5pm self checkout near the cake on 12/23/24. We had an item that was not priced and no scan tag. Jakira came over and told us she couldn't find it in their system. After I ran all the way to the garden section and back I had found the product on the Walmart app. Showed them the price and where I found it. Takes another 3 minutes for her to find it on her lil phone and then she goes "I found it but it's priced at $13.something not $9.97. Do u still want it" "yeah I didn't just run up and down the store to not go home with it. Cmon already we've got cold food and gotta go home" she scans it... it rings up as $9.97. Fact of the matter is she didn't even try to look it up. As soon as I searched "coffee mug hersheys" it popped up. She could have found it, she didn't try. Maybe she wanted it for herself. Either way JAKIRA was a very shit employee who did not help, slouched, and couldn't even muster a smile or happy holidays. Our attitude towards her changed once the price difference came to light and once I found it online with a few key words. Shows me that she did not try to make our experience one that walmart would be proud to leave us with. Literally took me 2 seconds to find it. Do better Jakira. Thank you Keke for not being an asshole and doing your job. Come to think of it once we said we would get it Jakira was rude and changed her attitude. I think bcuz there was no tag she was going to take it for herself!”

“This Walmart is the best store I have ever been to. This was probably the cleanest, nicest, biggest, and the well-organized Walmart around this area. Their store is well-kept. They also have pharmacy that is so excellent. The service there was so exceptional. Their store is so popular, they have all of the items we need for our daily essentials, and all the items we might looking for. This store really does care about all of their customers, their staff is so friendly, helpful, and decent, and they also know how to treat their customers right. All of their employees are willing to help all of their customers in any kind of situation. It always amaze me how this Walmart is so different to other stores around the city. I am really grateful that this Walmart is so near in our neighborhood. Thanks so much to this store! I always find and get everything I need. Will shop here again soon.
