Hate the bank’s customer service. Should not even give them a single star.

Fifth third somehow has my telephone number wrong in their system. I call customer service to get it fixed, they tell me to go to a local branch. I go to this branch (sycamore), and they tell me they can’t do anything and to call customer service. Spent an hour and a half trying to get this fixed and the solution is still... read full comment

Manager and some team member is so rude and unprofessional.. no welcome or anything they will say..so slow work they do
