“We had a passport appointment on a Saturday morning. The gentleman that helped us was great! He was quick and efficient and great with our son. Very friendly too!”

“For years Carrie and the ladies at our tiny small town post office have been wonderful. Always helpful, knowlegable and friendly. Like Neighbors to us in our small community. Thank you all for your hard work and smiles.”

“This morning I dropped off two packages, but had accidentally printed one label two times, not two different labels. I gave them to the worker at the desk and left. She actually came out of the post office to shout that I had printed the wrong label and they couldn't accept it! She literally ran from behind the desk out to the ramp and shouted to let me know. I'm SO SO grateful to her. It's not just a USPS thing (although I do love USPS), that was really heartening on a human level. She really saved me from a lot of stress and headache. So thank you to her, the person who opened the USPS office in Sycamore on 07/20/26. Thank you!!”

“USPS has had its share of trouble, and certainly feels as if it's a beleaguered institution given competition with other delivery services (and the Internet). Yet, I'm grateful they are still here. Convenient location and good service.”
