“We have now bought a number of cars from McLean's Auto Station. We have been very pleased with both the selection of the cars and the condition of them. Both sales persons are very informative and helpful in terms of what our needs are and what types of vehicles would fit those needs. We have always liked their selection of cars and they work very hard at making sure that the cars on their lots are in good shape. Highly recommended.”
“Had a very bad coolant leak. Called early morning to various shops in the area to see of they could replace my radiator. These other shops told me they weren't available until the next day. Jose was able to fix it that same day at a very reasonable price. I will definitely bring my cars to Jose for any future repairs.”
“I had an excellent experience at Dekalb Auto Sales. The owner was very nice, and explanatory. He explained what was going on with my vehicle as well as how to fix it. He also gave me the lowest price after being quoted ridiculous amounts by other mechanics. I thank God that he was able to fix my vehicle, because I didn't know what I was going to do.”

“Highly recommend this place! I normally avoid taking my vehicle to name brand repair shops because prices are always higher and they try to pinch every penny out of you or falsely say this or that is wrong to get you to spend more money. But not these guys! I spent almost $4,000 total between 3 different repair shops trying to get my truck fixed and they never fixed it and I was getting so frustrated I said screw it and took it to ford and said I’ll just have them fix it no matter the cost. I walked in, explained what the issue was and they automatically knew what was wrong and fixed it without any fees!!!
Long story short I had a vibration coming from my truck every time I turned. The first shop charged me $1,600, they said I needed 2 front tires, a sway bar link (or some sort of steering component in the front) and a front end alignment. Drove it down the road and that did make it better but still didn’t fix it. Second shop said the vibration is caused because you have oversized tires on it, so I spent $1,300 on new tires. Still didn’t fix it. The 3rd shop said it’s a bent rim, so I spent $800 on a new rim and had them balance the tire. A little over $3,700 total!
Took it to ford and explained what I was dealing with, and here all it was was simply the lane assist was turned on to high alert so it vibrated the steering wheel pretty hard, harder than any lane assist alert I’ve ever felt. The cameras for the lane assist are not aligned properly so every time I slightly turn the steering wheel would vibrate, which is why I didn’t think it was lane assist plus like I said it was turned up to high alert. They didn’t charge me anything, hell, they could have been like most shops and seen I was driving a nice truck (2024 F-350 dually diesel platinum) and been like this dude has money so let’s get him and say this and that is wrong but no, didn’t ask for anything, didn’t try to play games with me or anything. They were kind and honest and I will definitely be bringing my truck here whenever I need work done to it!!”
“Although I did not buy a vehicle from here I did still have a good experience. I recommend those who are interested in buying or getting there car looked at to go here.”
