“My husband had been a customer of this place long before we were married.Now married, we have had them service the various vehicles we've owned for nearly 25 years.Archer Alignment does NOT disappoint!!Now we live 8 hours out of state. Sure do miss their service. However, on a very recent drive back to visit I encountered front right wheel issue/s and I thought perhaps brakes and who knows what else!!Dana(the owner) was able to get me in within just a few days.The technician that drove the car and ultimately identified the problem was Jake. He was incredibly helpful, thorough and kind. He gave me much needed relief when he fixed the problem (lug nuts LOOSENING during my 8 hr. Drive!!) and assured me the car was safe for travel.I'm Extremely grateful to Archer for getting my car in and fixing what I thought would be a monumental problem!!Do not hesitate to use Archer Alignment!! They know their business and how to keep repeat customers for Y E A R S !!!!”
“My daughter and I were upset that we had no AAA car shop in Dekalb, until we heard Motor Works was their adopted place to get a battery replaced. I called and asked for an appointment the next day as I had a root canal in the am. MW gave me an appointment and told me what docs to bring with. I had a new battery within an hour and only had to pay a small installation fee! People who work there are very happy to explain everything in detail as I sm an older person and a woman. Good experience!!”

“So I was told to go there with a tire issues from another place, the man who helped me was able to get air in my tire and get me on my way, so fast! He was super honest with me about what was wrong with it, and could have over charged me a bunch, as some other places have tried, but absolutely did NOT.Very honest mechanic, that’s hard to find, ladies, this is one of the good ones! 10/10 recommended!”

“I have a Dodge Caravan with a sensitive tire sensor. Halmar and his technician aired up the tires and they put it on the screen to check that the sensors were all good. I also had a Chevy pick up with one mismatched tire. They were able to find a excellent used one and installed that. Nice people!!”

“I own a late model vehicle and little things keep popping up and needing attention . A1 Auto is great at taking care of all these little problems ! All the major issues my vehicle had were all taken care of by A1 and none of them have reoccurred after a lot of miles ! I currently have a grounding issue that is common in my style and year of vehicle . They have ordered new grounding lugs and I'm sure I won't have to deal with it again for as long as I own this vehicle .Always done right the first time ! Take your vehicle to A1 Auto Repair to get all your repairs done at a fair price and done right ! I really can't say enough good things about them ! I've never had such good experiences with a auto repair shop before !2) A new and different problem occurred and once again A1 Auto Repair came through again like the champion's they are ! I had to check prices from someone else just because that's who I am . Lol ! Bottom line they came in for less money but also I know his work now and it's top notch ! It all just proves once again he's the best place in and out of town to take your vehicle problems to !”

“All together today was a long day. I made an order online and saw that they offered an option to use affirm a few weeks ago. I was excited to see this especially with Christmas around the corner. I made maybe 3-4 orders that all got canceled online and finally just showed up at the store today to resolve whatever the issue was. The issue was not the Wal-Mart store teams fault and actually they were all very patient with me and as helpful as they could be. I was the one determined to use Affirm. I was back and forth with the customer service online, on the phone and at the store all day.Finally... we figured it all out and I'm so thankful for it. Everyone working in the auto center was fun and really wanted to help. Most people there did not have too much experience with Affirm and that honestly wasn't their fault or even the issue, there is just so much disconnect between online and instore. The way we all handled it was probably the best it could have happened. I love my new tires and so happy we figured it out today. We were all able to figure it out and I got to use Affirm. :)”
“Everyone is always so nice and they are pretty flexible with appointments. There have been a few time I called about a problem I was having with my car and they usually let me drop it off the night before and work on it the next day. The last time I went in there they had parked my car in the adjacent lot and drove it up to the door so I wouldn't have to go get it. The work they do is also pretty quick and affordable which is great!”
