“Our Truck needed pads and rotors all the way around and the job was done promptly and for about 6-700 dollars less money than the local Ford dealer quoted. We also had a check engine light coming on periodically and they also resolved the issue with that.”

“I went in on a recommendation. I had a slow leak in one tire, felt like I needed an alignment and my muffler was rattling.
The tire and alignment were done. They checked my filters and sent me pictures of how clogged they were. Those got replaced.
Unfortunately I was told that due to a design flaw there is nothing that can be done about the muffler. : (
They sent pictures and informed me of everything they were doing. I highly recommend this business.”

“Towed Kia Optima Hybrid to the shop, after hours, because the battery was having issues (another shop messed it up), and the employees at Motor Works were able to fix it at a reasonable price. When we received the car back, there was accidental damage on the front bumper, from another driver in the parking lot. The shop was more than willing to pay/fix the damage, which truly made the biggest difference building trust and in overall service.
About week or so later, the car stalled again, and it was towed to the shop again. They checked it iut and realized the issue was bigger than what the car cost (at resale value). Their honesty and professionalism helped us make the decision to trade the car instead of investing thousands.
I will forever be grateful for their honesty, clear communication, and overall professionalism, and service.

“My husband and I are from California and flew out here. While on our way home we encountered a vehicle issue. We’ve over-stayed by 3days, overspent our budget. We bought tools and could work on it ourselves, but needed help with 3 bolts. A garage down the street I believe Gomez was closed but a couple guys were there working and in no way would help us. But the gentleman here was kind enough to help us out and remove them. There’s not a lot of people in the world that would do that apparently. It was a simple thing to do with the right tools, but his kindness was a big deal to us. We might be on the road back home today because of this kind gesture.
