Our recycle container was tipped over somehow and because my balance is poor I asked the carrier if he would up right it. Without a thought he said yes and picked up stuff that had fallen out. I so appreciate it and he is the relief carrier as our regular, Matt, is on vacation and is also great at his job. Thanks guys.

This post office suck they rude employees don’t pay attention to mail being delivered.we got a young male mail carrier and he don’t do nothing but drive that mail truck fast with them head phones on returning packages cause he don’t like to knock on doors

This post office has lost multiple important deliveries including my prior W2 for taxes, checks, and even personal letters and cards. Many times they show up on informed delivery but never arrive at my home. Other times they have been returned to the sender for no apparent reason. Last year I had a christmas card from family marked as return to sender and undeliverable. When I visited them in person I was given the returned envelope they received. The address and envelope was completely correct with no reason for it to be returned.
I also never received my W2 from last year that was sent, and had to re-request this from my workplace, delaying my ability to fill out my taxes. This is also concerning because I had personal information lost that could be used for fraud since W2 info is sensitive. Other significant mail that has been lost include envelopes containing checks and employer documents.
This post office is easily the most unorganized facility I've worked with, barely functional. Their inconsistency and unreliable deliveries are to the point where I cannot trust the USPS to delivery routine mail and cannot depend on them for any packages or mail of any importance.

So I’ve had a few horrendous experiences with the drivers/carriers . The first one putting my package in the wrong box !!! The lady was nice enough ( which I knew fortunately) to have her granddaughter bring it back to me !!!
The second one my package was put in the parcel locker and left OPEN because
The mailman is ALWAYS running his mouth on his phone and God knows whatever else !!
Thirdly I had a BIRTHDAY CARD put in another mailbox 😡😡. Fortunately it ended up in someone’s friends mailbox that I know !! He was nice and honest enough to bring it back to me !!
This finally time my
Package has only the number of my apartment on it !
I JUST WANNA GIVE A HUGE THANKS TO LAUREN WHO WORKS HERE !! SHES A GOD SEND !! GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY PACKAGE REROUTED TO ME !! 🩷🩷🩷

I was on the phone with a woman earlier today who was VERY rude and hung up mid conversation because she “didn’t want to deal with it.” I was polite, clear with my intentions for the call, and hadn’t said anything to indicate any sort of negativity or frustration. She hung up on within the first 1-2 minutes. I work customer service so I do my best to be patient and polite because I understand what it’s like from the employees end, and I never leave bad reviews.. but I am genuinely shocked and disgusted with the employee I talked to today.. don’t work customer service if you hate other people.

I would give a zero if I could. I shipped a well wrapped package and purchased the insurance. They refused to help me, “ told me to go talk to the Chicago Office (where it was mailed to) it was not their problem” , and threatened to call the police because the supervisor did not like my tone. She refused to give me her name.
I did not swear or threaten her, but my tone was too loud, and she “didnt want to deal with me anymore.”

I never have a problem for simple shipping at the Post Office, the employees always show me kindness even during the busy holiday seasons. They give me tips on how to make the packages scan easier and ways to save me money on packaging!
