Geek studios are nothing but a scam. They have scammed me out of thousands of dollars. I had an IT expert for a major hospital here in New Mexico redo my computer and he verified that that they have Scammed me. Check out the Better Business Bureau site on what they have for geek studio. If you have used them get them off your computer immediately. Do not use them. They love to scam older seniors Like myself because we fall for Their scams

My husband and I experienced a terrifying phone call that deceitfully claimed to be Geek Studio. Unfortunately, I fell for the phone call hook, line, and sinker. I allowed them access to my computer. Halfway through the call, I/we needed to call Geek Studio to temporarily turn off security. In doing so, I discovered that we were on the phone with a Hacker. He quickly turned from a pleasant caller to a monster who threatened to post pics of my husband and myself and informed me that he had access to EVERYTHING...phones, computers, bank accounts, EVERYTHING!!! During a three way phone call to Geek Studio with George (from Geek Studio), me, and the hacker, George calmly told me to hang up. He immediately started to work on stopping the hacker in his tracks. Although it was a little pricey, it was worth knowing that the hackers no longer had access to any of our information. Throughout the phone call, George continued to calm me down and ensured me that he would take care of it. End result--the hackers were unable to finish the job and ruin my life. Thank you, George!
