DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZCrooked and illegal! Charged my card several times unauthorized for fuel, return, cleaning. When I drove not more than 5 miles the whole time. The car reeked of cat urine and smell so bad I had to return it , the replacement was worse! They charged my deposit card $500 for an insurance rental from State Farm. Could not get a human on the phone to save my life. CHECK YOUR BILL DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ

NO CAR SEATS AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION. Rental process was easy and car was clean, but I booked a car and a rental car seat for my toddler only to find that they don't rent them at this location and had to drive to the store and buy one because didn't bring mine, believing I had one for rent.

What do you expect when you have those kind of people running the place just terrible bad service bad attitudes I was waiting on my rental for 3 hours than got a bit frustrated because they were sitting around talking while waiting for them to give me the keys than went and complained to lady in the counter and she goes and repeats everything I said to the other worker I complained about this is not professional that was very low and can’t believe you guys have these types of people working for you. never ever do they answer they’re phones o had an active rental tried extending nobody would help nobody would not customer service not the corporate not online this company is trash.

You guys need to stop pretending you care about your one star google reviews. Doesn’t seem like anything ever changes and you guys do not take feedback well. Also, your Pet policy should be a lot more clear. A LOT
