I bought a Juki DDL 9000 CFMS. It is an absolute dream to see with. Changing settings is simple. Seeing through fabrics like butter. Each associate that we spoke with was clear and detailed with knowledge. Excellent customer service. Delivery was great, the machine and table were already set up and oiled. Thank you so much!

Had a minor miscommunication with them initially, but they made it right and fixed our Juki and brought it back to operational standards!

Everyone working there is very polite and helpful. Reasonable prices, got a full walkthrough on the machine before the big purchase!
