He helped me figure out my vision for the day and perfect executed it. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the colors fit the scheme perfectly. All of the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and arrangements were stunning. Everything was delivered day of as discussed and I didn’t have to worry about anything. “Addison Floral did a phenomenal job for our June 2024 wedding!!! They are an old, small, local place, and they know what they're doing after so many years of business. Their pricing was so affordable and lower than any other place I was quoted, but it was still high quality work!! They also did pocket boutonnieres, which I absolutely loved! Their set up and travel fee was very reasonable and they were willing to drop flowers at the church, my house, and the reception venue, all for the 1 set up fee!! The initial consultation with Larry went smooth and he had samples of flowers for me to compare. They were timely, professional, and so friendly. I will be going to them for all of my future floral needs.”
“Love Chalet. It’s pricy, but can often find plants I’m looking for that I can’t find elsewhere. They take good care of their plants and many of the staff are very knowledgeable, if you can manage to lasso one of them. They can be VERY busy at times (true of any good garden center). Wish they had a little more room to maneuver among the outdoor plants, but that all said, I’m grateful they have as much as they do for selection.”

She explained the benefits of the different options I had and helped me figure out exactly how much paint I needed. You need more people like Sofie at every Home Depot. “I went shopping for money trees the other day in the Edgewater area of Chicago and all of the Asian stores said they will not be selling them until May. So I waited the next day and start searching for plant stores in Niles and found these two money trees to replace the big ones so they can be repotted. The lady helping me find them in the store was very nice and she had very nice plants there. This will be my regular plant store for now. Very convenient and the prices are very good as well. Thanks for helping me find a nice birthday gift to myself!”
“Ryan helped us with our landscaping and flagstone path project. ( Major shout out to Damien and the crew too!) The results were exceptional and we could not be more happy! I had a flooring project, which started off on a bad note, mostly my fault, but was then corrected by Debbie from the Flooring Department, who did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me to get it back on track. She was a one of a kind professional and personable customer service rep who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, INCLUDING POST INSTALLATION FOLLOW UP. I can't say enough good things about her, and hope that she gets recognized accordingly. In addition, upon return of my excess materials, and a drawn out discussion, I have to also say that Claudia, and Manager Raquel, also went above and beyond to help me with the challenging credit to my original purchase. All these ladies are the reason that I, and hopefully thousands others, will do business with your store, because they truly make a difference, which I know is the reason that I will remain a committed customer. “There are time when they have great items on sale for a low price. Specially the tools. There are some items that need staff assistance and sometimes they are hard to find. I bought some 3/4 of boards and wanted to have it pre cut. I asked the register and had the guy paged twice. I waisted 23 mins for the guy to show up. Also the tool rental was great. One time i rented a carpet doctor vac. It worked really good. And the 50lb electric jack hammer worked right for my project. In general the store is great. They carry almost all tool brands for diy repairs. Great store.”
