ANN JULIA and the cashier they have the nicest ? awesome ? ? staff I was relaxed with them they were so helpful patient and energy in this place and it smells good the Atmosphere I just loved it I mean being there with my coffee ☕️ walking around looking ? and purchasing and smelling the plants and all the Xmas items they have on display this time of year it's just phoneminal I met a customer that has his own green house that shops there often I met another customer that had some interesting Gifts ? in her cart which gave me plenty of ideas ? what a wonderful feeling I had after purchasing and feeling great and happy when I left this place this is by far one of my best shopping ? experience and I think ? it's because Honestly the atmosphere and the display and the ripple effect of the staff they are there on duty to aid and assist I had no issues my client was sooo happy. “The owner is amazing - she’s the plant whisperer!!! I came in with my sick orchid. The orchid came from my mom, who recently passed away, so I really want this little plant to survive, but I know nothing about orchids. The owner took it out of its pot, treated it with love, checked its health by looking at the roots, told me all about it, and fixed it up a little special dirt + bark mix made of 3 different things. My plant looks so happy now! Thanks, Sunnyside Plants - you’re the best!!!”

“I highly recommend Carousel Flowers ! I called their shop this morning and explained that I was looking to send a fresh flower arrangement today, one that was big, bright, beautiful and had a "put a smile on their face" appeal for a good friend of mine who needed some cheering-up. After sharing the details, a short time later I received a confirming e-mail with the order, how the card would read, etc., (very professional). They got the order out today. This evening I got a text from my friend on how beautiful and uplifting the arrangement was (I even got a photo with the text - showing the wonderful arrangement on their dining room table, it was AWESOME ! ). When I say it was "all I had hoped it would be" I'm serious 100%. Again, I highly recommend Carousel Flowers and a BIG "thank you" to their staff for an excellent transaction !”

“I went shopping for money trees the other day in the Edgewater area of Chicago and all of the Asian stores said they will not be selling them until May. So I waited the next day and start searching for plant stores in Niles and found these two money trees to replace the big ones so they can be repotted. The lady helping me find them in the store was very nice and she had very nice plants there. This will be my regular plant store for now. Very convenient and the prices are very good as well. Thanks for helping me find a nice birthday gift to myself!”

“Purchase two phalaenopsis online, listed as ‘in bud/stalk’. Came in safely, with gorgeous foliage. One had a prominent flower stalk with a second forming, and the other had two stalks. Shortly after, it formed a THIRD stalk!Seriously impressive plants, for a great price! I wish Hausermann stocked every variety of orchid I hope to own, I would never use another nursery.”

“Large nursery. I visited early in the season. They had a very good variety. They seemed to be a little expensive. There may be good cause for the price due to such things as the uniqueness of the plants and possibly high quality. I purchased a few small plants and items.”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable as well. The only issue I have is the wood cutting. Had to return a few pieces of plywood and get them recut. Also, the cuts were not great as it looks like the blade they used is not in the best shape. I would definitely come here again but I don't think I'll be paying for wood cutting here in the future.”

“50/50 chance to find what you want within 15 mins. 25% chance to find someone to help you find anything without an attitude. 10% chance to find someone that knows more about what you need than you do! lol.And 100% chance the person that helps you will use the same app that I just used and be just as confused as I am. Seriously, I’m usually there for a minimum of 30 mins to get nuts and bolts… you know in those drawers that have nuts and bolts already torn open (stolen) before I got there and no one replenished the stock or took out the empty bags. Regardless, I keep going back. Why? They offer military discounts (10%) and I appreciate that. Bottom line, I eventually find what I’m looking for 90% of the time, it’s just never quick!”

“Girl at the return counter was very nice, but wouldn’t allow me to exchange an item for the correct item, which is significantly higher priced. I told her i would pay the difference, but they will not do any exchanges without the receipt. The service was fine, but that policy should allow exchanges, esp when the new item is $100 more.”

“I usually shop at the West Niles HomeDepot. However I like to come here exclusively for the cute patio pond they have here!Whoever thought of it and got the idea going props to them! “I can't even begin to tell you how helpful, patient and kind that Mike in the Appliance Department was to me. I ordered my GE Electric Stove on line. I decided to go to the Glenview Home Depot so I could see the Refrigerator and Dishwasher. He spent much time with me explaining and answering my questions. He is a cheerful person and I could tell he liked his job. You are lucky to have such an employee! I give 5 Stars to Mike and I look forward to working with him if I should need a washer & dryer. I refuse to shop at your biggest competitor as their prices are too high and they charge fees for every little thing! My contractor agrees and tells his customer to shop at Home Depot for all appliances. Please share this with Mike. Kathie T.”

“Our office is across the street and our warehouse is about 30 minutes away. I have seen the place but it never clicked that they do take waste materials. We had a mixed full load of topsoil, bricks, pallets, and some other wood stuff in which they took. They charged me a I would consider a fair amount for the load.It was a little confusing upon entering as I didn't know where the office was. I suggest they put a sign up saying Office so new people know where to go. Other than this it was a great place, they were very communicative and very accommodating.One person said it is a lot but everything in the city costs a lot. If I was to pay my driver to drive 4 hrs round trip to dump further away for a cheaper dump price I am still paying the difference in drive time and wear and tear on my trucks and trailers.So in all reality I feel the price they charged was fair given my overall thought of costs.”

“There are time when they have great items on sale for a low price. Specially the tools. There are some items that need staff assistance and sometimes they are hard to find. I bought some 3/4 of boards and wanted to have it pre cut. I asked the register and had the guy paged twice. I waisted 23 mins for the guy to show up. Also the tool rental was great. One time i rented a carpet doctor vac. It worked really good. And the 50lb electric jack hammer worked right for my project. In general the store is great. They carry almost all tool brands for diy repairs. Great store.”

“I went in today looking for some paint for my basement floor and the lady who helped me was so personable. I think her name was Sofie. She explained the benefits of the different options I had and helped me figure out exactly how much paint I needed. You need more people like Sofie at every Home Depot. Hopefully she sees this and if she does thank you so much Sofie you made a confusing trip a fun and informative one.”
