I received a prompt friendly reply from owner Becky, who seemed very pleasant and willing to accomodate. She kept in touch with me via email through the order process and sent tracking shortly after. There are some very cute, unique items available on the site, some made to order or personalized. Looks like a good place to shop for gifts for your pet loving friends and furry family members.”

“We have been taking our dog to Splash and Dash for months now . We have never had a bad experience using them. Amy and her staff always seem to go above and beyond. We experience this this morning when our Dog got a little too friendly with a Skunk. We called Amy and she got us right in and asked what we had used to get rid of the smell. She explained very nicely what we should have done and what not to do.We picked up our dog and again Amy took the time to let us know what we should in the future and even said to schedule him to come back in a couple of days so they can look at him again. Customer Service seems to be the number one priority!!”
