“I used their online service and ordered three goods using the app. The app UI is fairly easy to navigate and I had no trouble finding what I needed.The only issue that I have is with their service; it takes an extended amount of time to process the merchandise, and I didn't pick it up until the next day. Picking up was made simple, and I'm pleased that I didn't have to leave my car because they offer curbside pick up. The curbside pickup area is located south of the building beside the tires department, and it is difficult to miss if you follow the sign. Once parked, I use the app to inform the staff that I'm there so they may deliver the products to my car. The personnel was helpful in loading the stuff into my car.Overall, I'm satisfied and I anticipate using this service more frequently over the winter.”
“As a Nurse, work with them on a regular basis. Very responsive, reasonable hold times. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and willing to help/make suggestions to the benefit of our patients and answer questions that come up about medications. Everyone is polite and professional. They are usually busier around noon to one or so so it can help to call outside of those times.”
“Despite the often crowded aisles and parking lot I enjoyed visiting Sam’s mainly because of the friendly and engaging staff. I have to mention Siri in the water department for giving me an especially good laugh. Made my trip worth the trouble. Give this guy a raise!”

“When CVS could not fill my medication and would take them over 4 days to get it, not to mention their price for the medication was over $78 more then Jewel-Osco. After several attempts to reach CVS over the phone it was impossible, you would get TRUMP faster on the phone than CVS Pharmacy personnel or pharmacist. I had to physically go to the CVS store to get my prescription and take it over to Jewel. That’s when it all came to light when JAY the pharmacist at JEWEL helped me out with a smile on his face and his great work ethic. Right away he took my prescription and told me he would have it for me next day but would double check and call me back by end of day. This was already 6pm. Around 715 Received a call from JAY telling me that another Jewel-Osco have my medication in stock and if it was okay to transfer it to the other store. He went above and beyond to help me out. What a great gentleman and customers service ?
Jewel will be filling my prescriptions from now on.”

“I had a great experience at Sam’s Club Tire Center! The staff was friendly, professional, and got my tires installed fast. I went with Cooper tires, and they ride much smoother than the original Toyota ones. Overall, excellent service and great value — highly recommend!”

“I have one name for you all Donna, Donna, Donna. She works in the pharmacy and she is the kindest, loveliest, and most helpful person I have dealt with in a long time in a pharmacy. We all know it’s a tough time for pharmacies and pharmacists because they just don’t have enough coverage and support, and I speak as someone who wants worked in one and whose father worked for Walgreens forever. This is a lovely store and everyone is helpful, but Donna stands out! Sometimes it’s one person that makes a difference for another and today she did that for me and its not the first time!”

I started a new medication last year, he personally called me a week after I picked up my prescription to make sure I was tolerating it well since I was afraid of the side effects. Next level care. I also get all my annual vaccines here and the drive through pick up is so convenient. 10/10”
“Good selections, pretty clean location. Friendly staff. Busy Rx but always friendly and efficient. This place gets a bad rep but I have never had an issue. I have long waits at the pharmacy but they always treat me with respect, take their time, get it right, and I leave on a good note!”

“My doc sent a prescription here. So, I show up here, and the worker was like, "Err.. sorry fam, we don't have that in stock." I was SHOOK. SHOOK, I SAY!
But then the pharmacist lady saw my distress and was like, "My child, sit yo ahh down and let momma take care of it." Then she called up another Walgreens like a straight up G, and then was like, "Aye, hook my boy up." Then she dapped me up and sent me on my way. Then I picked up my prescription from her homie no sweat. True story. 10/10 service.”
