“I've been going to this Walgreens for years. I've never had a problem with my scrips. When I get a text that they're ready I always Prepay & put the QR Code in my Wallet. There's a sign for Express Pickup, I just show my QR Code and I'm out of there in less than a minute. I don't appreciate other customers waiting in the other line telling me "hey the line is back there". I point at the large sign & don't say a word. I prepay to avoid lines!!!”

“This is one of two Costco that we frequent. This location is in Randhurst Plaza across from Home Depot. The parking lot is huge, but in the natural Costco way it's always busy. At this Costco, we are always bound to purchase everything from clothing, household goods, liquor, fruits and veggies, and more. But the main reason why we frequent this Costco is because the staff is always great, and they are generally in stock of items we frequently use. Our most recent visit was during the snow storm last week, when we got there the stuff made sure that everyone who was there was safe and warm during their visit. They got folks through the check out line and I even noticed staff members helping folks putting groceries in cases for the elderly. For the value of purchasing in large quantities, to the quality of service, Costco is just the best all around. :)”

“I love everything about this store except the inept phone girl. You explain in detail what you need something for so she can see if they have it and she immediately says "so, what are you going to do with it". You stress multiple times it is not in a certain department don't bother looking there and she comes back with "I looked in that section and it's not there". When I ask for mgr to look on computer she disconnects. Every time it happens no matter the question unless you can get to a mgr. I called back she transferred to someone who transferred back to her, who hung up. Will try Osco... I also wish they were still 24 hr when need something middle of night. I never fill Rx or take pills unless realIy need, so one time after surgery I was hit with pain at 2am and drove over to get it filled along with few other people there. Other times it's convenient when need something in middle of any kind of project.”

“I want to give Victoria Z a compliment. I did some shopping at the Mt Prospect jewel today. I came through her line. I was using a scooter, which when I arrived to her line for checking out my groceries, the store scooter just ran out of power. She was very accommodating and returned the scooter to where it belongs to charge it up. She asked me if I needed another scooter. I said no, I'll use the cart. She has great customer service!”

“My health plan used CVS Specialty Pharmacy for biogenic drugs like Dupixent. Overall, customer support in filling prescriptions is much more accurate than the app. If you have a patient-assistance program, please clarify to customer support your required information from the drug company because the app does not give the option to input in. Everyone I encountered to refill my medication was very prompt and courteous. Sometimes, my medication was air shipped by UPS the next business day while other times it arrives within the week. Please note CVS Specialty Pharmacy cannot control late shipments because of weather conditions, drug supply-chain issues, your prior authorization denials, what your PBM’s plan said, and your insurance coverage if private or government-assisted. Please note that they are only here to dispense your drug after your prescription plans authorize it. If the proper steps are followed you will never need to wait months for specialty medications. In my experience, it never took longer than 2 weeks to refill my Dupixent excluding holidays. Overall, I am satisfied with their great customer support and CVS’s promptness.”
