“I made a spontaneous stop here this morning due to me needing help with removing a fused cap on my drivers side tire valve. Rich was quick to assist with him being friendly and generous with his time and effort. He was able to successfully remove the severely fused cap, checked all of my tires, and filled them accordingly with air given the recent cold snap. I was very extremely impressed and thankful for his kindness. The world needs more great people like Rich!

Came back. Needed to replace the original tire that was damaged. Was never pushed with cheap sales tactics. Got offered a good deal on the tires when I originally picked up the car. Didn’t get attitude or charged for putting back tire when I declined the work the first time. That to me was enough for me to come back instead of nickel and penny counting for another tire deal. Brought in the car earlier than the set up appointment for drop off got called back in 2.5 hours later. Great job guys. I don’t often leave reviews but you have to recognize great service when it’s given.”

“This is the second time I've used MB Auto for service on my Jeep Wrangler. They did the rear bearings and seals. And I had an exhaust rattle/leak and check engine light - they fixed the rattle and check engine light is still off. Glad they just don't throw parts according to what an OBD scanner might say. Happy with their work.
2 years ago they were referred to me. They fixed my fried TIPM on my Jeep at that time. Had a little wait for the part, but it came in earlier than expected. All is great still. Though they are like a 20 minute drive from me, I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my cars there for service.
Edit: Took one of our other cars, an SUV in for some work recently. It's been a couple months since I had some repair work on our GMC Acadia. Exhaust system and our thermostat was worked on when I brought my SUV to MB Auto this past August . An O2 sensor was also causing a check engine light, since this was replaced, I have had no check engine lights whatsoever in the last 2 months. The car is so quiet now with the exhaust repair. Have all the confidence bringing my cars to Scotty at MB Auto.”
