“The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Everyone I have dealt with has been very considerate when delivering everyone's favorite news about what is wrong with my car/how much the services will cost. Even when I get stressed out they stay calm and professional and will talk you through what they recommend. At my latest visit I came in for an oil change and my tire light being on. They took care of both issues and provided pricing upfront before completing any services. Upon leaving the store my car started putting out a foul smelling smoke and was not driving correctly which was not an issue before having my car worked on. I pulled over and called the shop to let them know. They told me to come right back in and immediately looked at my car upon arrival. They helped to correct the situation and get my car running again. Although it was not the situation anyone would want to find themselves in, as I stated before, everyone stayed calm and professional while I was stressed. They got my car up and running again quickly. I am thankful for all their help and their honesty. The whole team did a great job while also juggling a ton of other clients coming in at the same time.”

“VERT quick and helpful. Needed 2 tires urgently and was in & out within an hour. I attempted to go to Costco first but they would only replace all 4 tires for my AWD vehicle. If I needed 4 ties, Costco would have been a better price overall; however, taking into account my needs, the speed of service (no appt needed), convenience (open 7 days a week), ease (replacement tires were in stock), and service - Discount was fantastic.”

“Never had bad service at Mt Prospect tire center. It’s best to have an appointment and they finish in a timely manner. Just recently we had rotation and one tire had a nail, they finished before we finished shopping in the store. A guy was ahead of me as a walk in and was quoted 2 hr wait time. I have seen this if not longer for someone who didn’t have an appointment at another big tire shop. These guys have always been polite. One time I was lucky when I had a nail in our tire, they were able to get me in before they closed….”
