David is rude and has no professionalism. Joke of a post office, would rather drive to a different state than ever come back here.

Rude employee . I asked about supervisor and they told me to wait. When I asked where is she after long waiting they told me that she is not there. These two employees on front acting like they own this place. Lazy, rude, and not helpful. Don't you dare ask them questions.

Agree with all the prior posts. The few times I've been here the guy behind the counter has been super rude to me and patronizing. I drive further to other locations now.

Very rude employee. I had a baby in my hand and a pre-labeled package and just asked him where to leave the package, but he would not answer me. With the amount of customer complaints about this location The USPS should consider their employees and their customer service skills.

I just couldn't help but keep replaying this on my mind. This Employee at the counter just tossed my small package! I'm a small business owner and I work hard to make a living. I was sending a small package, inside was a candle. So I put a "handle with care" outside the box but after the guy gave me my receipt he just tossed it in the bin! And you will clearly hear a bang sound. I hope my package arrive safe to the customer :(

Person at this location is not at all helpful and nice. He is rude for no reason. I went to return a package with return label print in my hand and he asked me to tape it to package and bring it back. I get it i should have taped the return label but he didn’t had to be rude about this & ask customers to leave.

I am almost sure the employees were involved in stealing my package. Tracking was clearly showing that package arrived to this post office and it never left. When I went there to check on it, everyone was so rude and the lady at the counter did not want to hear me out, she called the next in line…

Mail is being stolen and checks are being forged. Little is being done by postal offices to stop the crime wave- a federal crime. It's fallen on the banks to investigate the "washed" checks and either a monetary loss for the bank or sometimes the victim. Then there are lost and damaged letters and packages thru the postal shipping and handling. Things are getting worse not better with the postal system.

Great location, if one wants to mail directly instead of via local mailboxes. Usually not crowded, patient and helpful staff; sometimes busy at holidays or weekends but reliable. Nice variety of stamps available plus reliable service. Got solid advice from helpful staff recently on mail security and potential check fraud and unusual mail delays. Ideal place at slow times to get answers and informed answers at on USPS certified mail and tracking packages or letters.Front and side entrance are OK. Now-gone parking in back was a huge plus, though.

The lady working at the desk today was not really nice. It’s my 1st time buying a prepaid priority mail envelope because a private mailing store around the area doesn’t have that service available. Obviously, I don’t know how it works since it’s my first time. There was some miscommunication but I was talking to her nicely as a customer. As an employee (government employee to be specific), I was expecting her to provide good customer service by being nice, but she sounded confrontational so I stated my point and apologized to her twice just to pacify the situation. I’m hoping for a better customer service and level of professionalism for my next visit.

I have gone to this post office for quite some time and everyone there had been friendly and helpful. I have left positive reviews in the past about this post office so I don't leave only negative reviews. But, the last couple of times there a black gentleman who works the desk who feels he can be rude to every person that walks into the place. I've seen this multiple times and can't believe he thinks because he works a government job he can say whatever he wants to people. He has yelled at people who are a couple minutes early for passport appointments and told them to leave. He always has a facial expression that shows either he is fed up working there or he is miserable. I worked a government job dealing with the public for over 20 years and know how the job can be draining, but maybe put that guy in some other department away from dealing with the public because he has horrible customer service skills and thinks because he has a government job he knows he can be rude and say whatever he wants to the public. That isn't right. Also, the larger black woman behind the desk spent at least 20 minutes talking on her Bluetooth while helping people. I don't know how she can help people talking to someone on the phone and it effected her work because half the time she is talking no one knew who she was talking to. This place went downhill quick. Never going back and suggest someone look into what is going on here.

The best: the Lee Street branch is a very friendly and capable post office! A hidden gem.
