The guy working today July 1st at 1:40 was absolutely rude! My package says its in possession at this usps for 5 days. So I ask him if he can check if maybe its there still. He doesn't even look around and says its not there. At least try l to look. Don't work in customer service if your NO help. He has an attitude too

Like that it’s usually not busy like the other post offices in the area. But this one is def outdated and not the friendliest, also close super early. But still worth the convenience

Being a usps downtown des plaines you would think it would be run better but the joke is on the tax paying residents!
