In this post office constantly someone steals all correspondence(magazines) and parcels of online stores. People, be careful, your business and banking correspondence , as well as valuable correspondence from the mailbox of a post office worker can fall straight into the hands of criminals, as happened with mine .

I ordered two items, and both got returned to the sender because my name wasn’t inside my mailbox 🤣. Now I have to wait 60 days for the same items to be shipped back from Portugal. This place is the worst—crappy post office and all. I can’t stand it!

Would give negative rating. My package said ready for pick up at usps. Went there. They said they don’t have it. Went the next day. Same thing. Always am issues when the dp usps is involved with my packages. “It’s missing” ever since the changed to the current staff. Nothing but problem. Pretty sad when I just expect my packages to be just “missing” when I get a tracking with USPS involved.
Can’t write a new review. Went to drop off a package. Gave me the most attitude for trying to ship
Something insured. Seeing new housing around there. They should tear it down and just build more housing. Probably use the area for something important. This never happened before with old crew.

Very poor customer service, no proper explanation for anything. Very rude staff. Missed to deliver very important documents. No responsibility. Beware

I sent important documents twice that needed to be delivered urgently, the first time instead of 2-3 days of delivery they were received after 10 days, the second time they did not deliver them at all. Because of this I now have serious problems with the institution that did not receive these documents. I have not received any explanation or apology from USPS until now.

Terrible Terrible customer service. Manager called me and said they found my package but now they will not give me my package. I made two trips for nothing. Stay away from this place. Not professional and very rude people!!! Especially the front desk lady!!!

The worst department. The girl standing at the counter is not at all interested in helping with solving the problem or giving any advice.

This employee who delivery mail them putting the wrong mail on the box they don't know what them doing them supposed to be learned how to properly put people mail is right address not wrong address many times them doing that stuff and they don't care !!!

1st time they had my package and told me they don't once i showed them the tracking they got made and gave ne my package. 2nd time I went to send a small package tall heavy set guy was stuffing and puffing cause he had to type stuff up to send my package nothing like government secure jobs these people couldn't work im the real world
