USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. Customers praise the convenient location, ample parking, clean and well-maintained interior, and courteous and professional staff at the local USPS post office. While some have experienced longer wait times during busy periods, they acknowledge the challenges faced by the employees. The majority of customers have had positive experiences, with one employee, Reggie, being singled out for exceptional service. However, one customer was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness when requesting a specific stamp product.
