“JM Towing was very quick to respond, professional and reasonably priced. I called so many tow companies that were close to my location and they were still price gouging for less than 5 miles. I believe I spoke with Miguel but Sergio is the person who towed my Chevy Cruze! They were both great! I will always call JM Towing first! They were very accommodating and kept contact with me on the ETA because when I first called today they were available but I had to wait to confirm my drop off with my mechanic. They got booked for another tow before I could reach back out but updated me on the ETA while I was waiting and when they were a couple minutes away. JM Towing was patient and made everything easy for me. They are honest and trustworthy. They dropped my car to my mechanic in the alley as requested and gave them the key. My car was safely transported with no issues. JM towing sent me a photo of my car in a text when done! Amazing customer service I am very satisfied as a first time customer. Thank you so much for your service, this made a rough week a little lighter for me! Blessings!”

“I would give more than five stars if it was allowed on Google! Cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this towing company is and how compassionate and helpful Alex was. Our vehicle broke down in a parking garage in downtown Chicago. they were able to get in to the garage as most companies said that their trucks were too big and would not be able to clear the ceiling. Once they dropped the car off to the mechanic for us, Alex was kind enough to take a photo and send it to us to show us at the car, made it safely to its destination. Very, very grateful for Alex and the young man that he came to help him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's in a pinch, especially in the Chicago area.”

“Great experience with new manager in Oak Forest. Young man immediately pointed out that my problem may not have been my battery which I wanted replaced. He had his mechanic check and it was the Altenator that needed replacement. I can think of several places that would have replaced my battery and I would have to replace the alternator at a later date. He was very courteous and I will continue getting service as well as recommending Milex to my friends.”

“Last night my husband had a late flight, on my way to pick him up from the airport my van started acting weird and then wouldn’t accelerate. It was dark, and it was scary being alone on the highway. After calling my insurance they said it would be between 3-4 hours before a tow could get to me. I called A & N towing and Ahmad was to my rescue in ten minutes. He was very polite, and helpful and made a scary situation a decent one. Would 10/10 recommend them again!!”

“I came to Stanfa to have my breaks look at. I heard loud scrapping coming from my back breaks. When I arrived I interacted with Craig who was wonderful. After they checked my car I was told what the issues was and the best fix and solution. It was straight forward and honest. I of course went with their suggestion and the cost was very reasonable considering what all needed to be done to my rear brakes, drums, rotors. I was very happy with the service and the staff and will be going back for any future service.”

They also offered competitive and honest prices. They came highly recommended on the Mt. Greenwood community page, and it's obvious as to why. They had my car fixed in no time and even went out of their way to find the a suitable tire for my older Volvo. Sometimes people struggle with Volvos, but they didn't even bat an eye because they absolutely knew what they were doing!”
