“I had a water pump leak that needed to be repaired. They got my car in quickly and got it done! Also, repaired windshield wiper fluid tube and did an oil change at the same time. It was nice to have it all done quickly.

“Gotta give Shelby and Taylor a HUGE shout out at Dixon VW! We were driving to the area from North Carolina when the infotainment screen on our VW started turning on and off around Knoxville Tenn. we were able to get it shut off but the 11 hour drive with no sound or maps made the drive interesting to say the least! I was able to call Shelby and he was able to get us right in when we arrived. Within and hour and a half they had the car done and ready to go! They were even able to get us worked in for routine maintenance while it was in for service! Thank you Shelby and team for turning a really difficult situation into a great world class experience!
