“Gotta give Shelby and Taylor a HUGE shout out at Dixon VW! We were driving to the area from North Carolina when the infotainment screen on our VW started turning on and off around Knoxville Tenn. we were able to get it shut off but the 11 hour drive with no sound or maps made the drive interesting to say the least! I was able to call Shelby and he was able to get us right in when we arrived. Within and hour and a half they had the car done and ready to go! They were even able to get us worked in for routine maintenance while it was in for service! Thank you Shelby and team for turning a really difficult situation into a great world class experience!

“We're new to the area and were looking for an honest repair shop. Well Dixon's was near us and we figured we would give them a try. Called and spoke with Bob( I believe ) and asked if they could look at our car. He said he could get it in and take a look. Well a day later I get the call about the issue. He said that the car was looked at and the repair was done. I asked what the charge was and I was immediately shocked to learn the cost! It was far lower than any other shops that have charged for the same issue. Went to get the car and spoke with Bob's wife, she was kind and professional at all times.
