“Chris goes above and beyond what any other tire company will do. Great prices and great service. He even uses a torque wrench to tighten lug nuts so there is no risk of stud damage and makes it possible to remove a tire later. Highly recommended.”

“I moved here with a 20-year old suv, and I needed to find someone just like my mechanic in Chicago. A friend suggested I call Kevin. He did a thorough and fantastic job of inspecting Old Bessy. I don't know much about cars, but in my 35+ years of owning used ones, and hiring a legion of mechanics, I know enough to know a great mechanic when I meet one. I'm so relieved to have this one. A real treasure in the Sauk Valley!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“I have been a customer of Sterling Chevrolet and its predecessor Bun Austin Chevrolet since buying my first car (well over 40 years ago!) I have always been treated well and felt like a preferred customer (in spite of being just a pretty average consumer.) All service needs my vehicles required were taken care of promptly. All questions I had were answered fully...never experienced "manspeak" ...in a venue where it could abound! Like this company very much!”

“I had been having problems getting a ride with Enterprise when they said they would pick me up. On several occasions, staff at Abra offered to reach out on my behalf and helped me get where I needed to go. I want to give a special thank you to Lori, who has been absolutely stellar to work with every step of the way, whether it is this repair or previous repairs. The work they do at Abra is excellent and their customer service is the best you'll find! Very trustworthy people who care very much about their customers.”

“I had some major work done on my car motor rebuilt. I was kept informed of what was going on and how long it would take. I dealt with a gentleman named Austin, who kept me up-to-date and understood my frustration. I would recommend work being done there. Also I talked to the mechanic. And he also informed me what was going on with the car, and how much it would cost?No hidden fees”
