“My father ended up in the ER this afternoon and they released him and told him to pick up a prescription antibiotic at Walgreen's. We got there about 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed and unfortunately they didn't have the prescription yet. Miranda was super helpful, got the prescription filled within minutes and we were on our way. Her patience and dedication really helped relieve a bit of today's stress and could ultimately save him from having sepsis. The world needs more caring people like her.”

“Called the day before to have medications ready. When I went to pick it up over 24 hrs later, one was never filled. This happens often. If there is an issue with insurance or Dr, they do not call and let you know. Insurance isn't called... "they don't have time to call" (That is part of their job)”
