Denise was organized and had so much knowledge about flowers that were great for our wedding based on our color scheme and the summer season. She knew exactly what kind of bouquets and designs to put together. The process was easy! I really appreciate how beautiful our wedding flowers were. I'd highly recommend working with them on your wedding flowers.”

“Hello, my name is Roger Perez. I am extremely I mean there’s no words that can tell you how happy I am as a customer. I had a little situation yesterday I went ahead and order a dozen roses for a friend of mine in downers Grove and I gave them the address to deliver the roses to a friend of mine. The roses never showed upand I end up waiting till next day to call and complain so the next day I called them and I tell them that the roses never showed up to the address factory I stated to them how can it be a factory so I told him the address again they looked it up and said are you sure this comes back to a factory? I turned around and seen that my friend sent me a Google location when I picked up a couple days ago and I went ahead and looked at it and I felt so shame. I gave them the wrong address. Mr. Charlie is the best now what I’ll do respect realistically it was my fault. OK I’m the one that messed up. Mr. Charlie stated don’t worry, Mr. Perez OK we ended up donating the roses that we were taking her yesterday , but that wasn’t the address you gave us we’re gonna go ahead and send her out a new set on us with my mouth open completely wide because I was expecting them to tell me you at least have to pay half of the bill and they said no I mean this doesn’t happen very often but I’ll tell you one thing they got them for 100% customer from today on again, Mr. Charlie, thank you man. You are the best, because if you would’ve told me I had to pay I got $10 in my account and I would’ve been trouble. God bless you guys. Thanks.”

“Very disappointed in the delivery process. My mother’s Christmas flowers weren’t delivered on the scheduled delivery date which was five days from the order date so there was plenty of time to prepare and deliver. I called FTD to let them know they weren’t delivered and spoke to a representative who was hard to understand because of his foreign accent. He checked with the florist and they said they would be delivered that day by 8:00 PM. Well they weren’t! I called again after the time deadline and spoke to another hard to understand foreigner. He said they would be delivered the next day. Finally they were delivered but two days late. No compensation was offered by FTD. I have used FTD for a long time and every year they seem to be going down hill when it comes to the freshness of their flowers and delivery process. I hope FTD can fix their problems.
