“Very disappointed in the delivery process. My mother’s Christmas flowers weren’t delivered on the scheduled delivery date which was five days from the order date so there was plenty of time to prepare and deliver. I called FTD to let them know they weren’t delivered and spoke to a representative who was hard to understand because of his foreign accent. He checked with the florist and they said they would be delivered that day by 8:00 PM. Well they weren’t! I called again after the time deadline and spoke to another hard to understand foreigner. He said they would be delivered the next day. Finally they were delivered but two days late. No compensation was offered by FTD. I have used FTD for a long time and every year they seem to be going down hill when it comes to the freshness of their flowers and delivery process. I hope FTD can fix their problems.
