Ordered flowers for an important occasion. The arrangement that arrived was poor enough to be embarrassing in a gift context. I had to escalate to receive a refund, which addressed the charge but not the situation created by the delivery. Because of that experience, I wouldn’t trust this service again for meaningful occasions.

It’s a complete scam, lesson learned. I’ll never order from here again. The bouquet I chose had 4 types of colorful flowers and at least 15 stems of them including large lilies. Imagine my disappointment when only 3 rotting roses were sent and the rest just green leaves. I am thinking of charging back the fraud to my credit card. They also delivered at the wrong time when they confirmed the correct time the day before.

If I could give this service negative ten stars, I would. First of all, I ordered online, double and triple checked my order and scheduled for same day delivery. If there was a problem with my order, I should have had a call or email on the day in which the bouquet was supposed to arrive, but nothing!! Considering it was my Wife's birthday, the phone call on the day after at 10am to confirm, but not telling me that they do not make the ordered item in the area my delivery was supposed to go to is also insufficient. Then I find an email from 9:37am(before the phone call) saying it could not be delivered because they do npt make it in this area. I finally cancelled the order, but made sure I voiced my displeasure with this service. I would not recommend FTD to anyone for sending flowers. Find a local flower shop and place an order there.THIS COMPANY IS USELESS.

My husband ordered me red peonies for Christmastime, and the company sent purple roses and carnations. They refused to correct the order stating that it couldn't ship until the end of January meanwhile still having the option available to ship on their website. They asked if we would accept a different floral arrangement. I provided 8 different replacement options, all available on the website. They told my husband they were all unavailable for several weeks. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience all around.

This business should be shut down. They are NOT delivering what you pay for trust me. Not even close. What I ordered and what was delivered. They agreed to redeliver once they received a fresh shipment of flowers and it was worse than the first delivery. They offered to refund 30%. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Stay away unless you just like throwing your money away and making someone else rich.Shame on you FTD...God is watching.

Guess I should have read the reviews! Scheduled flowers for 12/24 and in 12/26 they still hadn't been delivered. Just cancelled the order. Not sure they even cared the ruined a persons holiday!

Very disappointed in the delivery process. My mother’s Christmas flowers weren’t delivered on the scheduled delivery date which was five days from the order date so there was plenty of time to prepare and deliver. I called FTD to let them know they weren’t delivered and spoke to a representative who was hard to understand because of his foreign accent. He checked with the florist and they said they would be delivered that day by 8:00 PM. Well they weren’t! I called again after the time deadline and spoke to another hard to understand foreigner. He said they would be delivered the next day. Finally they were delivered but two days late. No compensation was offered by FTD. I have used FTD for a long time and every year they seem to be going down hill when it comes to the freshness of their flowers and delivery process. I hope FTD can fix their problems.
I wanted to update my review, FTD personally contacted me to apologize and made things right for me. Thank you FTD.

Ordered a Christmas nutcracker container floral arrangement for my daughter specifically for the nutcracker. She received a container that looked like a gnome, nothing even close to a nutcracker. The flowers were pretty but I was very disappointed that she didn’t receive what I ordered.

Ordered a deluxe Christmas bouquet to celebrate my sister’s 50th wedding anniversary for a certain date arrival. The florist grossly under substituted the value paid with very old roses and 12 cheap daisies as a deluxe bouquet??? Did get a partial refund but because I had to approve a substitution I couldn’t get a full refund even though website states full refund and flowers guaranteed for 7 days. The roses will never make it 7 days. Learned a hard lesson

Do not ever use this trash company. They say they’re located out of Kingwood, Tx but the call center is from another country.
They absolutely have ruined the funeral of my mother in law by spelling her name wrong.
I would never recommend this company ever.

I was trying to get my wife the flowers delivered at her office during her working hours. Why is it 4:00 and she still hasn't gotten her flowers? When I called in they told me they can deliver up to 6:00 p.m. why would I have you deliver them at 6:00 p.m. when I could just give it to him when she got home? Did I mention I ordered this on Wednesday? Terrible delivery service. This is for service in the Raleigh North Carolina area.

The worst customer service. They deliver an arrangement far inferior to what you ordered and if you catch them they’ll tell you it was a “comparable substitute”. It’s a scam. Bait and switch, added fees, discounts that don’t qualify, and false advertisements. Shady company, buy flowers elsewhere.

FTD. SUCKS !! Nothing more to say. Help line is helpless and will not assist. Only reading from templates. Chat to get help is even worse. When you ask for resolution they copy and paste to get you off the chat. Worst customer service and product. NO ONE should use them because they take so much from the florist the flowers are dismal. It is obvious FTD does not do any quality control.

I have never had such a bad experience with any company in my life. I ordered 2 different floral arrangements for my MOM’S FUNERAL because I live in a different state and couldn’t go to a local florist. I even double checked with them the exact time I needed them. They said they would guarantee this time. I would not have ordered them if I had known they would not come on time. Not only did they arrive 2 hours later after the funeral was over, only 1 of the 2 orders were delivered, and they looked NOTHING like what the online picture indicated. I’m very upset. Imagine celebrating your mom’s life without flowers. All they did was give me excuses. We can never have this time back. Even a full refund does not do justice.
