Well organized for the most part. The prices are very high. It was difficult to find a sweater for under $12.

This is one of the nicer Goodwill stores in the greater Chicago area. As others have mentioned, it's clean, staff is super helpful, and the items are well organized. I would like to see the dresses hung by size and not by color but other than that it's a place I'll be coming back to!

Downers Grove location is pretty well clean and organized. Employers are very nice.
Parking is always crowded because it's next to a Trader Joe's. But you can usually find a spot.
