They have a great selection at this location, especially high end items! Just be aware-it’s still a goodwill-it’s always packed, tight aisles, stuff EVERYWHERE. But, for the price, it’s worth the trip

As others have indicated, this store is gross. Goodwills CEO makes six figures a year, and yet still sells higher end donations on the website for profit. (A minuscule fraction of their proceeds actually go to charity.) What isn’t filtered out by that process is picked over by resellers. What remains is a graveyard of junk. Not to mention the horrific “air freshener” they blast into the store. I truly feel bad for the employees who have to smell it all day and no doubt leave with the smell imbedded in their clothes and hair.

Goodwill is a great place to go thrifting and finding the hidden gem clothing. This location is especially good because they organize the clothes into specialty rails. You can find more good brand and quality names faster! Save you time and money! Very good management style :)

I donate stuff regularly but heard they throw half the stuff out, may consider donating to other charities as well.

The store was a bit disorganized but I had Micheal G as my cashier, he was very friendly with a great positive attitude!

We always seem to find good deals at this location. When we are in the area we try to stop in.

Always a good experience here and friendly people BUT... Mixing the men's shorts in with the pants and jeans is the WORST IDEA EVER. I didn't even waste my time attempting to scour through at all. Also, not a fan of the new setup.

To my surprise I saw that they carry a beautiful rotating collection of second hand items, and even one of a kind pieces. This will definitely become a new stop on my way into the city.

This goodwill like all the other ones in the dupage area sucks. They don't have anything good at any of them anymore because they've taken all the good stuff and made it so you can purchase it online. It used to be nice going to goodwill and now even if you find something decent it's way overpriced. Their really just trying to make as much money as they can for stuff that's donated. Don't waste you're time going here trust me. Eventually they're going to have no customers coming to the stores and are going to go out of business I guarantee it. I don't even waste my time donating there anymore.

As far as resale stores go , you would be hard pressed to find a better one , anywhere in the area . I have been to a lot of resale stores and a lot of goodwill locations in the Chicago area and abroad. There is some very good ones near us , we are lucky , and the Ogden store is tops. Its not just the quality of the merch , its the staff , the store itself , location , the merch, pricing and when all of that lines up -that makes for MUCH happier customers which makes a better, less challenging experience. Lets face it resale shopping is a bit of a gamble, it can be time consuming, but when its done right , it can be fun, addictive and so rewarding. On the other hand in a messy store full of frustrated overworked employees, where the norm is a spirit of contention, where the merch is kind of bunk and overpriced , well that produces a less than favorable experience, all the way around. YES - There is good and bad where ever you look . DG GW has a lot of good to offer . Its clean , well organized , its never over stocked , the prices are fair , there is very little items that are not tagged , and for the most part the employees are great. standouts - the store manager is great , Mike the cashier with his smile and tagline -"i can help" , John the stock guy is always having fun working hard and he is glad to help ANY customer out - where else do you see this kind of spirit ? if you only have time to hit one GW on your outing , plan to hit the DG GW , you could do a LOT worse ...

The store has gone downhill. The clothes used to be organized by size and color. Now they are just a big mess. Also the lines are long. The Bolingbrook goodwill is much better now.

If your poor don't shop here. All the rich folks out here buy up all the good stuff and don't leave us noting cus they cheap. Thifting has become a hobby. They should have a spot where u gotta show ur link card to get the deals. Leave it for the people struggles who actually need it like the single moms and people living check by check on minimum wage
