“Very good service. I had issues with the delivery of shingles for my roof. I want to pro desk and the one of the staff members John took care of the missing boxes of roof shingles immediately. My roofers are coming to work on the roof next day and it was important to have all products on time. Sometimes challenges arise and this is part of our life, however if the right people are responsive and can solve problem on spot the stress can be minimized. I recommend to step in to this HomeDepot and find out more about the service and products that they offer.”

The staff are friendly and there are some who have been there for years and really know how to help!We recently purchased storm doors and I apologize for not remembering her name, but she helped with everything, asked great questions and provided exactly what we needed. Ken in flooring and blinds has helped us so much over the years. Recently helped me with multiple window coverings. He is accurate and clear and so kind. The staff at the service desk are always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Love the garden center in the summertime.”

“Every experience I've had at this Home Depot location has been wonderful. I usually always need help when I come here and the employees always go above and beyond to ask if I need help before I can get to them first. They are very knowledgeable and assist me with whatever I need. We rented a Penske truck today and we were extremely happy with our experience. I will definitely be renting from Home Depot moving forward. We were very pleased with the customer service and walk through they did before releasing the truck. It was much better than competitor brands that we have used in the past.”

“Menards in Melrose Park is a great store. Fully stocked, great variety, super staff. We have had deliveries from them, picked up things in their yard and the guys at the gate are so nice and of course shopped the store hundreds of times. We recently needed the help of customer service today and I was taken care of by the general manager himself!! JOSHUA SINNETTGENERAL MANAGER 2ND ASST treated me like I was the only customer he had dealt with all day. So much attention and even emailing back to report back and to assure if I needed anything in the future do not hesitate!! Also Kendra help me along the way and said the same to call back if I needed help!! This is going above and beyond for sure and really sets them apart!! Thank you for everything!!”
