And even though the news wasn’t what I wanted to hear, it gave me great peace to know that they confirmed what the repair needed to be. In fact, they even had the master mechanic recheck the initial results to confirm the problem. The facility was neat and clean. The employees were kind and friendly and the wait time was what was predicted. I will always come to Firestone for my tires.
