“It was the biggest snow fall we had in 3yrs or more and some how I backed my Ford f150 on top of my yard we’ll head. Stressed and worried about how the heck is this gone to have a good out come. Then low and behold out from one of your trucks come a hero (AUSTIN) in about 6to8 inches of snow Austin laid under my trunk for about 40mins or so making sure that no damage & everything he was trying to do wasn’t messing up anything, and not knowing exactly what Austin was doing, about an hour later he told me to move my truck forward slowly. I did and just like that my truck was free! Austin was amazing and had a great attitude about everything. I highly recommend Fire Towing and ask for Austin… Don’t forget to tip him WELL get it ha ha.”
