The Indian guy that works there is so not helpful and doesn’t know his work.
Very bad attitude even at the beginning, very harsh answers. So nonchalant, not serious at all.
Never ever coming there! Beware of that guy.

Great service‼️‼️‼️ I wish I knew the name of the lady that helped me because she was amazing‼️ Frankly, the staff at this location worked very well together as well as they were so willing to help one another out. I saw and observed with my own eyes‼️ 10’s across the board‼️

By far one of the worst UPS locations I’ve ever been to. They are extremely rude here and one of the employees is always smirking and shaking his head at customers when they are asking questions. Unfortunately his accent is hard to understand sometimes so when customers ask him to repeat himself, he just laughs and shakes his head at them. Every time I come in and he’s working there I try to not go to his desk because he’s so arrogant.

The service was fine. Very polite and professional. I was shocked/floored at the cost to send a next day flat envelop to Chicago from Downers Grove. $77 ???
