“I just bought a 2014 BMW 535 last Friday!! The whole experience was easy and great from start to finish..Alex was great when I called and had the car ready, Jimmy was awesome and so friendly and gave me what I wanted for my trade in and was completely fair, Oliver and Nico were so helpful and answered all my questions when it came to the financing and paperwork.
Over the weekend a code had popped up and I called Alex and let him know and they said no problem, bring it back in so we can take look and I had scheduled to bring it in that Monday and Nico called me to check in and make sure I was coming by so they could look at as they wanted to make sure the car was ok and I was happy. When I brought in they had their mechanic look at and explained what was going on and that they would order the part and fix it, again so friendly and helpful and thst says alot about them and their establishment. Hey things come up but how that is addressed says more to me than anything!!
I've seen some not so good reviews but that was totally not my experience, I even brought my roommate and he is gonna go back to look at one of their other cars and he is tough to please but he even said how pleasant they were and willing to make sure everything was good.
I would and will definitely send some more people their way for a vehicle!!
