Best experience I've ever had at a phone store. I'm 80, worked with Oziegbe. He had the patience of a saint switching my Samsung to an Apple and helping me learn how to use.

Not very helpful here. Just want you to call customer care. They never seem to be able to do anything in the store except sell phones and sign up new customers. Existing customers just call customer care.

I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and coming from one carrier to another it can be very difficult. However the switch was so seamless and and I can’t praise the staff at this very location is quite possibly the best. Bryant and Adam are the best at what they do.
Most people view salespeople as sleazy and greedy but here with both of these gentlemen it is the complete opposite. I was having some issues with my account being on hold and every time that I went Bryant was extremely patient and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns and made everything extremely clear for both and my father. Bryant even took it a step further and stayed back even after the store closed to try to resolve the issue I was facing with. Normally people try to just push you out but this was this the first that I saw in which the salesperson truly put the customer’s need before their need. I truly commend Bryant’s dedication and commitment to fulfilling the customer’s needs.
Adam was so polite and kind. I was asking some of the most dumbest questions and Adam was answering each question with a smile and reassuring me each time and explaining the process multiple times to make sure I understood and was well informed. Adam’s politeness and honesty is what I would love for every single sales person to have.
The management team is so amazing and they jumped in to help out when things were getting busy. Today my father was getting the S25 Ultra and James who is the manager there jumped in to help when things were getting busy and James was very thorough with everything.
Last but not least, Carina who is the business representative is so caring and took all the time out to make sure our transfer from T-Mobile to Verizon was smooth and went above and beyond to offer us more services than what we had before and were expecting.
If you guys are looking for amazing, honest, caring, and excellent service. This is the store to go to!

I have gone in there about 5 times since I work nearby. Each time they tell me they can't help me. Each time they tell me to call customer care. When I do come in trying to follow up after I talk to customer care..they tell me it's my fault and they can't help me. Sometimes very nice and sometimes very rude. Mostly rude. I will go back to Elmhurst which is farther away from me. I have never dealt with such a unhelpful staff. By the way, I have been with Verizon for 23 years.

Worst customer service ever. The guy had no idea what he was doing and kept trying to make me buy a new phone when I already had one! My entire family switched carriers because of the service received here and from Verizon in general, but this "customer service" was the last straw. MUCH happier with Xfinity. Everything is working properly, it's a lot cheaper if you bundle it with cable or internet, and the people are nicer.

Our 5 star rating represents how Jesus single-handedly saved the day and prevented a 26 year Verzion relationship from coming to a swift end.
After a replacement iPhone was stolen while in the hands of UPS, my wife and I had the displeasure of being introduced to Verizon’s customer care line. Simply put, after several phone calls, several hours, ridiculous mistakes on the part of Verizon, it was clear that this group was ill equipped to actually take care of Verizon customers. We walked into the Oak Brook location on 9.20.24, shared our concerns with the associate who greeted us and he in turn introduced us to Jesus. Jesus did his due diligence to work with the same customer care group my wife and I had dealt with the previous two days. Most telling was that even after Jesus identified himself to the customer care group as a leader from a corporate location, it was obvious to my wife and I that this group had no concept of taking care of internal or external clients. Nevertheless, Jesus persisted, even after being bounced around and hung up on by this internal group, he eventually connected with a Tier 2 representative who actually understood the obvious concerns and resolved the matter of replacing our stolen iPhone.
Jesus spent 90 minutes with us, remained patient, understanding and never gave up — all qualities he should be lauded for!!
A message for the market/regional leaders…Jesus and his team should have the support they deserve from their corporate partners to better serve clients. This experience made it quite clear to my wife and I that the retail team is at the mercy of a group unwilling to properly support their internal or external clients alike. Giving the retail teams the tools they need to make these decisions on the ground will certainly pay dividends.. setting internal and external clients up for success!
Once again, THANK YOU to Jesus and his team in Oak Brook for understanding what it means to navigate and resolve customer concerns!

This is a “corporate store” that will not help you unless they make money. 1st time, 5 sales people were on their phones (no customers) and only 1 person looked up to help me after I spoke up. 2nd time sales person told they couldn’t open consumer number, only business accounts, then told me to call the 800 number. 800 number (and a franchise store) told me to go back to the corporate store and there was no reason they could not process a consumer account. They are not deserving of even a 1 rating.

The guys here usually never want to help out with any issues or problems I’ve come here on multiple occasions because of mistakes they have done unfortunately Alexander no longer works at this location he himself would usually take care of most of the customers at this location and even when they were next the three Best Buy it was mostly Alexander working

I never write reviews. I came in to audit my cable/cell phone service and see if Verizon could do better than my current provider. Rosendo was knowledgeable and works quickly. I ended up switching to Verizon. I came back in a week later to work something out and met yet another rockstar employee. I do not recall his name but the service was impeccable. Good attitudes and very knowledgeable.

I’m not sure why the low rating. There is plenty of customer service representatives here. You will get instant help. I will never go to another Verizon location again. This store is friendly and gives you fast service.

Jared was easy to deal with and took care of all my phone issues as well as saved me money on my iPad purchase. The Manager went above and beyond taking care of some issues I had with another location as well.
