I have to 3 to 4 times a week reboot the modem to be able to watch sparklight. The price we pay, we should not be having these issues.

Worst customer service ever through phone call center.The waiting time is excessive, and it's repulsive that they always say they will be with you soon.It takes a half hour to an hour to get anyone to answer.Totally ridiculous.JS

I had Xfinity 1gig Internet in Albuquerque it was ok ran about 300 mbs and I thought moving to small town my Internet speeds would slow. With spark light i got their 1 gig internet and blazing fast!! I'm very impressed!!!

Another evening another outage- spoke to rude tech- not sure how they are still in business with their outages and jerky techs- a week later...Yet another day & another outage- tech services unreachable- when will they get their at together?????

I've only had spark light for a month but I have off and on issues with the service. Today at 3:00 I was told they were going to send somebody out by 7:00 pm same day well they never showed up. No messages no phone calls. I hope the service gets better if not I'm thinking about going elsewhere.

I'm a fairly new customer but so far it seems good. We've had some bad weather and the service didn't falter at all. The few interactions I've had with customer service have gone well.
I am still waiting for them to come out and bury the cable.

I own a business....I have had internet wifi. Tv",s off during Christmas week.. then issues again on new years week. No one could call or get any reservations.I paid them $600.00 a month now Thanksgiving eve. Tv's are off They tell me, i have to switched to fiber opticNo call a week before + $500 more a month. What the heck. " it's Thanksgiving eve tomorrow a huge day for customers. . What a joke!!!

So far, I've experienced several disconnections since I started with Sparklight. Basically, you've wired your system through my home computer & when it shuts down so does the service to my big screen tv out in the living room. Now I have to say when I had service with Frontier, that did NOT happen at all. Also, I can't connect my security camera to your system either unlike Frontier. So, I may be shifting my thoughts before my first 30 days if this doesn't get remedied quickly. I suggest new customers do their homework before switching simply to save money!

We had our service turned on about the first part of August, paid some hundreds of bucks, the CSR said we wouldn't have a bill until September 18.Received a bill in August for $10 and change. Thought that it must be a mistake. Now I have a message saying my service could be interrupted for not paying $20 and change. What's up Sparklight? This isn't September 18 and why would 20 bucks be due, or is it 10 bucks?
