“I purchased tires from Goodyear. After a disappointing experience at the Huntley location—where the customer service was severely lacking—I was relieved when Goodyear stepped in and redirected my tire installation to Auto Tech Centers in Crystal Lake.
From the moment the switch was made, the experience turned around. Bob, the manager, reached out right away to set up a new appointment. Although I missed his initial call, I called back and was impressed to find that his team was already fully briefed on the situation and ready to help. It was clear communication and professionalism were priorities here.
On the day of installation, I was helped by Adam, who was absolutely fantastic—professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Unlike the Huntley location, which incorrectly told me I needed a wheel lock key (prompting an unnecessary purchase from Honda), Adam actually went out to my car himself to check and confirmed that my vehicle didn’t require one. That level of care and honesty is rare and deeply appreciated.

“Top Notch really stepped up for me when I came in for a repair and the warranty company was trying not to pay for it. They stayed in communication with me and went above and beyond to make sure my car got fixed correctly, made sure I had a car for the month and a half the warranty company was “working”, and got the repair done in less then a week after it was approved!”
