I got a ton of work done to my GRC by these guys when I made a roadtrip out to Chicago, and man was it worth it! I would do it all over again! Thank you to everyone at URW and L+1 for the amazing experience and the amazing difference on my GRC! Hope to make it out to you all again next year!”

“Came in the other day to have an alignment done on my bronco after an Ill equipped shop took on the task days prior and got turned away rather quickly. Called up Cassidy after 4 friends / family suggested their service they got me on the rack pretty quick but they had to do some guess work on shims needed for proper geometry they not only fixed what the last shop couldn't they got the alignment set better than it was when I first picked up my bronco in 2019 if you have an old vehicle and need an alignment id have no hesitation going back they do the job right and they are very clear if the bill is gonna go up a little in the case of my truck it did but they were quick to call and the price stated after that call was what I paid no hidden surprises thank you very much for the service you provided and once my Foxbody mustang is ready for its alignment ill be coming back!! 10/10 service”

“I brought my car in because of a noise it has been making, and little did I know my wheels were basically worn out and not good to be driving around..After giving me an estimate, Javier encouraged me to do my own research, which I really appreciated. I came back for the service a few minutes later, and I’m so grateful for Javier..he took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my car. I’ve never experienced someone in this industry so patient and determined to make sure I had all the information I needed. Also the team that was with him during my car service are amazing. Very attentive and hard working. I totally recommend this place!”

“We dropped off our Dodge Grand Caravan on 1/26/2026 for a front bumper collision repair. JP handled the communication, and we picked up the car on 3/6/2026. Everything seemed fine at first, but the next day we found the hood wouldn’t open when trying to replace the battery. A technician told us to take it back to the body shop. While we understand mistakes happen, it’s disappointing after such a long repair time and inconvenient to arrange another drop-off and pickup. If the issue is fixed promptly, we will update our review. The issue we mentioned earlier was fixed promptly after we reported it. We appreciate the quick response and are updating our review. Thanks.”

“Since the flex pipe repair was done, I’ve had no problems and it was done maybe 18 mos to two years ago. The shop I usually go to in my area gave me an estimate so much greater than Jax. I just had a new back-up camera installed at Jax and it is better & clearer than the camera installed at the factory. Thank you, Jax, your work has been exceptional!”

“I’ve been coming to Brittain’s Express Oil Lube for my oil changes for a long time, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even though it’s quite a drive from my home, I always make the trip because their service is that good. Both of our vehicles regularly get serviced here, and I’ve always been very happy with the quality of their work and customer service. In fact, I even asked my wife to drive our van and follow me here. She kept telling me it was too far, but I insisted because I trust these guys and know I’ll get great service every time. 😂 The staff is friendly, professional, and they take good care of your vehicle. Great service, honest work, and definitely worth the extra drive. Highly recommended!”

“Top Notch really stepped up for me when I came in for a repair and the warranty company was trying not to pay for it. They stayed in communication with me and went above and beyond to make sure my car got fixed correctly, made sure I had a car for the month and a half the warranty company was “working”, and got the repair done in less then a week after it was approved!”

“When I walk into Manfred, it's clear that Bruce knows what is going on. He has done it all a thousand times. And he is personally invested in the outcome. He wants to do it right the first time. When I used to walk into the dealerships, I never got that feeling. It was HOPE for the best and pay 35% more. I moved to Iowa this month. Will I return to Manfred and Bruce for service? Yes, I will. Also, they work with you on scheduling. They know you. It's a family run business.”
