“I usually go to the Cary Bank and Trust but the one time I had to go there was because Cary Bank's machines were acting funny so they told me to try Crystal lake. First time I have went there I was greeted nicely by Cindy Suarez, she did an outstanding job, and I was impressed by the way she greeted me and took care of the situation. She got me a card and I was on my way. Outstanding job Cindy!”

She guided us through every step of the process and ensured we didn’t miss a step. They actually looked at out dealer paperwork to ensure everything was on the up and up.
Closing the loan at the branch was pleasant, quick, and we were well taken care of. We have used Corporate American for several auto loans and we will never go anywhere else for financing because of the great finance rates, awesome customer service and ease of use of the mobile app. You can’t go wrong with CAFCU.”
“They have rare US currency, and free student checking with no minimum balance, a great mobile app, (up to) 5 atm fees waived per month (anywhere), free coin counting, good interest rates on savings and CDs, and apple pay support! Phone support was good (in my experience, as they are able to easily put a stop charge on) Tellers are always super nice with me too.”
