“I like that I frequently see the same associates on the sales floor, so I know that they are pretty familiar with the products. They are also all very friendly and helpful but give me distance if I just want to browse. I never feel like they're breathing down my neck, but I know they're there if I need them. The cashiers are also friendly and willing to help, like when I get home and realize I had a coupon I could have used. Overall, I enjoy shopping here--and I'm not even that much of an outdoorsy type.”
“Some things I really love about this Duluth Trading location: - Great service, friendly associates. - It's a well laid out store, and the employees are constantly straightening, so you can easily find what you are looking for. - Quality, durable merchandise. The clothing items will last a long time. - Easy returns or exchanges. No questions, no hassle. - Pet friendly store. - Clean restrooms. - Soft, "Buck naked" underwear! Unless there are good sales, items are pricier than local competitors, like Cabela's, but again, Duluth sells items that last. There were some great deals here the week of Black Friday. I love the back area where you can sit and check out some of their books for sale, too.”
“I went there on a weekday and they had a decent clothing selection. Very laid-back staff as well.
What I like about Zumiez (even though their clothes expensive) is that the pricier garments are well-made. Make sure you assess material of what you buy as I find it'll last longer (100% cotton e.g. shirts/jackets/pants, you're good).
You get what you pay for. I paid for like 2 jackets and it was nearly 300 dollars but we aren't gonna talk about that..
A lot of their selection is baggier clothes which I lean towards, but it's skater-like clothes with some edge to it. Compared to other mall stores like H&M and Primark, Zumiez is comparably slow-fashion amidst competitors.”
“The people shopping here were rude and not mindful of other shoppers. Otherwise, they have so many great deals. You literally need a couple of hours to go through everything. Withing walking distance of several other discount stores.”
“Went shopping here last weekend, and was helped out by Reema (I hope I’m spelling it correctly)- she was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. “Always amazing things and at reasonable prices. Very organized and even on a chaotic shopping day you see people working hard to reorganize and put things back.

“Friendly helpful staff. Clearance section is very big. I wish they organized their products better by size. I tried looking for jeans a few times and they aren’t folded well to show the sizes easily. You have to open and unfold them to find the size. Plus they don’t have a big variety of sizes. The style i wanted was only available in long and had numerous quantity of long and short. Nothing regular. Because of this I order online and return in store which is very easy.”

My experience. I get to the cash register looking at cologne and she immediately start pointing out her person faves. After this she then asks me if I would like to look online to save me an additional 20% on each item. Of course I said yes. Two of my items she couldn’t do without them being shipped, so we went ahead with the online order so I received 20% on all of my items. It’s small gestures like these that make me feel appreciated, and can rate 5 stars based on her customer service level. Great job Kari!! Thanks for helping me and saving me some money around the holidays :)”

“I stopped at this Burlington location tonight on my way back to Chicago I needed a few things for a family member coming in from Cincinnati Ohio that's fell on some hard times. I typically I'm not a shopper at Burlington I find other stores are more capable of meeting my needs than Burlington. But please allow me to say tonight while I was shopping I needed a particular item in a different size, one of your associates by the name of Austin approached me, and when I was finished explaining what I needed he was very informative and extremely helpful not to mention very kind and more than once he went the extra mile to meet my needs! Because of this let's just say I will be spending more of my money with Burlington department stores, or at least your location. I have always been one that enjoys giving credit to someone when credit is due you guys should be very grateful to have an associate like Austin! I was able to make it back home in time and got all the items that I was searching for to be able to help my family member that is in need all due to the customer service that was provided to me by Austin. “A nice clean location. First time here today and everything was organized and we found some really great finds at really great prices. This location was about 30 mins from us and it was worth the drive. The employees were restocking new items. The only flaw about this place was the bathrooms. You have to walk down this really creepy long hallway. The bathrooms were dirty and gave a scary vibe.”

“Decent store and good art supplies. However, the bathrooms are always locked! I asked the woman up front if she could unlock them and she said she'd call someone. Someone came but they always seem unhappy because apparently it's my fault that they keep them locked and that I have to go to the bathroom. I don't know why they keep them locked but the bathrooms have higher security than bank vaults.”

“I've been to this store a few times with my 13yo daughter. Nice store, always clean, organized. Today I went for a quick return to store credit and was impressed with my checkout experience. Charlie was working and speaking to the customer in front of me. He was very engaged, high energy and called the teen customer 'boss'. I thought that was outgoing of him. Charlie then acknowledged myself next in line. He greeted me with that same excited energy through the return process. Charlie was not a robot employee working. He is excited and chatting with customers. He asked if I was done running errands for the night and hoped I had a great evening. This young man who is about 17 was so engaging. Great job! ??????”
