Ross Dress for Less offers great and affordable prices with unreal deals on brand name items. The store has a lot of variety, including kids clothes, men's pants, jeans, jackets, athletic shoes, backpacks, luggage, kitchen items, and holiday decorations. It seems clean and well lit. While the store can be kind of messy and sometimes has a line at checkout, the lines move quickly. Staff are amazing, very nice, and happy with smiling faces, greeting and guiding customers. New items arrive every day. Some customers can be jerks, but the overall experience is highly recommended for its quality brands at very reduced prices.
Labor day weekend: We went here twice while visiting in Elgin for a wedding. The first time we're for some things. We needed a few beauty supplies but the second time we brought back family because they wanted to shop. They liked this Ross better then in their home cities because it had more choices. So you guys did great,

Seemed clean, great prices, in the kids clothes it didn't seem like there was too many sizes to choose from.. while it was the weekend it wasn't to busy. Employees were very nice.

I love Ross! I shop for the prices as they are soo affordable at Ross and they have brand names we all love! The store is kind of messy always but you kind of know that going into the store.
