“I bought some bird seed and stump killer. I didn't notice in the seed area some mouse droppings and traps. So be aware of any seed bags you buy maybe chewed through. The staff is knowledgeable and steered me the stump killer I needed instead of me waiting money on something else. Prices do skew a little higher for things like the birdhouses and feeders, but I would take that over high prices for feed and chemicals.”

“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ILMO PROPANE! Josh and Chuck gave me superior service when getting my travel trailer hooked up with PROPANE. I was about to enclose the bottom part of my camper to insulate it and had I done that and been using propane, it would've likely exploded very soon as the guys found a large leak underneath my camper. They were exceptional at finding the leak, and went above and beyond to actually fix the leak for me. This was not their job to do that, but they did it out of the kindness of their hearts. That's real true customer service at its best, And something you don't find much of anymore. So I highly recommend them as they were all very professional and courteous, and did a wonderful job. I give them 100 stars!!!!”
“I made a text to Ferrell gas and within 3 days I had a delivery. Thank you much. I don't need as much propane as I used to since I don't heat with it now. Just a couple pilot lights and my dryer. When my air conditioner quit 2 years ago, I went to a split unit for air and heat. I know I can still use my boiler system if I want too because I only have to make a phone call or text if I need more propane. Thank you for your good service.”

“The manager, Steven Jackson, was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, genuine, and very helpful. I had the opportunity to interact with him on several occasions and even though the days were horribly hot, humid and uncomfortable, Mr. Jackson never let that affect his mood. He remained cheerful and positive which made the aggravating circumstances I was dealing with so much more tolerable. I hope all managers at U-Haul are modeled after Mr. Jackson. Thank you!”
