This place earned my trust and future business immediately. I was certain it needed front end parts and it turned out I was incorrect, just was out of alignment. The owner bill was very kind to accommodate me as a walk-in. Paul looked the truck over and confirmed it had no issues other than needing an alignment. Many places would have happily thrown parts on it that weren't called for. Really appreciate the integrity.

Took my vehicle here to be inspected after an incident and kept the car for a week just send it back to the body shop to say they didn’t want anything to do with the vehicle. Take your businesses else where!

This mechanic was recommended by a co-worker. I have been going to L&A for a few years now. I appreciate that they explain everything up front so I understand what is going on with my car. As a woman I have often felt like other places took advantage of my lack of knowledge annoys cars, but not here .

After being pleased with their service in the past, I was stunned by the treatment I received last Tuesday by the owner, that all started with a disagreement on the scheduled time of the appointment. Something that could and should have been handled in a professional and effective manner, was not. The experience at L&A Auto is the worst I have ever had in a retail/service environment. I would have given 0 stars if I could have.Services: Auto brake replacement

Based on so many positive reviews here and icon Next Door, I took my car to L&A a couple of months ago. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and inquiry on my reason for bring my car in. I had a list with me, he listened to me and wrote my concerns out on a clipboard. I really appreciated how well he listened and took thorough noes. If I was struggling with explaining what I was concerned with, he asked questions to make sure we were both on the same page. This was such a blessing, because I've been treated exactly the opposite by so many car places. I'm a 66 year old woman, and I don't know a lot about cars, and I've been taken advantage of and treated less than respectfully by the other places. This was such a pleasant and trusting experience. The gentleman who helped me, gave me a neatly written sheet with estimated prices listed for each concern. All this before any work was done. When my car was finished, he went over all work done with corresponding prices. I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. L&A is the best place for car repairs I've ever been too. My son brought his truck in just the other day, to have a concern he had looked at. There was another man at the counter, just as friendly and respectful as my guy. After examining my son's truck the next day, they called after they were done. They told him what they looked at, and everything looked good. My son was very happy and impressed too.
