“I feel that the service was excellent. I was impressed with the West Dundee U-Haul storage location. The storage lockers are inside with climate control. They have a garage to pull the vehicle into for loading or unloading. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a Great experience that I completely recommend. I can’t think of anything to suggest for improvement. I’m a very satisfied customer! Their commitment to customer satisfaction made my day!”

“I was referred to Advantage Moving by my realtor, who was also a past customer. She advised me that they are always early and never late. Boy was she right!
They arrived 5 minutes early. There were 4 movers total. We confirmed the items on my list and did a walk-through. During the walk-through, it became clear that I had grossly underestimated how much stuff I needed. I was assured that I was being billed by the hour, so there was no rush, and I didn’t have to worry.
They disassembled my four beds at the old house, wrapped my living room furniture, and loaded it on the largest moving truck I’d ever seen. When we arrived at my new place, I was so pleased with how well the movers were treating my items that I stopped off and grabbed everyone Gatorade. They put my beds back together at the new home, helped me set everything up, and charged me exactly what they quoted - no more.
I am super pleased with my service and highly recommend Advantage for your moving needs.”

“Listen, we had the displeasure of a different moving company cancel on our move on the day at the time they were scheduled. Panic.Finding movers within hours let alone reputable movers is near impossible. Thankfully Jessie and his team could come to our emergency! Him and his team were professional, personable, and most importantly fast and careful.I don’t make reviews unless it is worthy of a review. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Do not use these bigger companies or other venues. Schedule with Mini Me Movers you will not regret it.”

“I've picked up from here several times. A little tricky to find at first because they are all the way in the back. Warehouse guys are fast loading and the girl at the front desk is always helpful and nice. The other older woman in the office reeks of cigarette smoke and will ignore you when walk in. Everytime I've picked up the older woman is outside smoking right next to the front door.”
