“Very good work and priced very honestly. My left front signal burnt out and I bought the bulb for it but despite watching some Youtube videos, I didn't feel comfortable trying to install it myself and asked my co-workers who they go to and I was referred here. They were very nice on the phone when I called to ask to make an appt and they were very accurate in their time frame estimate for completion (not a huge concern of mine but it was nice that it didn't take a long time to do). When picking up, I did expect to pay a bit more for the labor and it only ended up costing me $16 instead of the min estimate I had in mind of at least $50.00. I appreciate the work that was done, the courteousness I was shown and the honest pricing for the work done. I will definitely come back should any other issues with my car occur.”

“I live in Arizona and my daughter attends Judson University. Her 2000 Honda Civic was having electrical issues that sounded like a new alternator was going to be the fix. Always working on my own vehicles, I was dreading having it taken to a shop. I randomly called Jim's Towing and Automotive. They were extremely friendly and professional. They could easily have charged me for replacing an alternator, but found a loose wire and sent her on her way. They have since replaced a catalytic convertor and oxygen sensor on the car, and I have full confidence in their honesty and pricing. I highly recommend their service! Just recently, I was thrilled to have found Manoj''s shop to repair my lower control arm that snapped from the car's body. As soon as I dropped the car off, he had it on a lift and was inspecting the damaged part with me. He provided a very fair estimate, ordered the part on a Saturday and had the car fixed by Sunday (not even 24 hours after dropping it off). I was more than impressed with Manoj's shop (incredibly clean and organized) but more so his professionalism and quality of work. He did not oversell me on work that was not needed. “John and his guys are great. I was towed to the shop, late on a Sunday evening, due to a wheel bearing that failed while I was on the highway. They confirmed the bad hub / bearing assembly and inspected the other bearing and the rear calipers/rotors. John and I talked about the repair and we talked about the complete repair and what is really the best way to repair the truck as the other bearing is the same age and they both should be replaced. He offered the option of just doing the repair to the bad bearing to make the truck safe and get me back on the road and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't needed. He's honest, trustworthy and has integrity in his work. I have been an auto parts manager at new car dealerships for over 25 years and I have met some not so trusty worthy repair shops in that time. Took it to a large auto shop in town I had dealt with before and they came back with an insane quote that was THOUSANDS more than the car is even worth. I took a chance on a little mom and pop shop within walking distance and I'll never go anywhere else now. 1800 dollars later, and the actual issue repaired along with brakes I had been putting off.
