“Krystal and Cassia were very helpful, and their guidance throughout everything was on point. Thank you, Krystal and Cassia, very much. Wouldn't know what to do with you.”
“Never rented a storage unit before. The process was very easy. Really like that you can park inside for ease of unloading and loading from your car to storage unit.”
“Joyce was a true blessing during one of the most difficult times in my life. My dad passed away unexpectedly, and I was left trying to figure out what to do with all of his belongings. From start to finish, Joyce helped guide me through the entire process and made everything so smooth and stress free.
She is incredibly kind, empathetic, and has such positive energy. Her compassion and willingness to help meant more to me than she will ever know. I had a wonderful experience, and I know my dad did too while he had units here.
I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for any of your storage needs. Thank you, Joyce, for making a hard situation so much easier.”
“I love the customer service that I receive here. This is the 2nd time that I have had a storage unit here. I would not go anywhere else for storage as I believe that u-Haul is the best option in this area. The units are new and clean and it is so easy to check in and check out.”
“This morning when I picked up truck, customer service woman, I think her name was Alleia, was exceptional. She was kind and patient walking me thru the phone pick up process. I am very grateful. Because she walked me thru the process so efficiently, I was able to return the truck with my phone quite smoothly. Please kindly thank her again for me.”
“Had a great experience with Diego, who walked me through the renting procedure all the way up to the night that I delivered my trailer into storage. Super friendly and very thorough.”
“After many years of using U-Haul,
The Hoffman Estates U Haul’s experience has reigned best. Every interaction is positive, every employee is polite, patient and professional, and the GM Marisol, is very understanding and accommodating. Always appreciate their services every visit.”

“They know what they’re doing when installing a hitch. Fast, efficient and at a fair price .
A small fraction of the cost, compared to what the car dealership asked.
Highly recommended”
“I sincerely appreciate the Young man who helped today. He completed the contract then hooked the trailer up , made sure all lights worked . Excellent Customer Service”
“Staff is good. I just dont like the Uhaul's policy of pick-up cancelation... I scheduled trailer pickup at 3pm. Was there at 3.33 and my appointment was canceled though policy states that I have 1 hour for pick-up. So I was asked to come back next day....”
“Just rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer. In and out with the trailer in 20 minutes time. Friendly people to do business with if you need a UHaul. Trailer was clean and ready to go. They helped attach the trailer, and I was on my way.
Would use and recommend them for UHaul rentals in the future.”

“I know the owner likes to restore older Lincoln's we have conversations that are not always about money but they do great work and have a great since of community.”
“If your first time at this location don’t be weary. Owner is very nice and helpful. All equipment is around back of the store. I usually just drive around back upon arrival and walk in the rear entry door. If renting trailers or truck do your due diligence and have the U-haul app on your mobile phone already downloaded and profile setup. Makes it so much faster.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole in the Penske Rentals corporate office in Pennsylvania. Nicole was pleasant and professional from the beginning of our call to the end. Nicole was helpful in every possible way and set us up with a quality truck at a very reasonable price. Thanks again Nicole.”
