Staff is nice and helpful. To Corporate --It's difficult to get someone to answer the phone, but this is not the local staffs fault, it's the way the prompts are set up. Getting the deposit back was difficult and I was charged a debit fee.

Car wasn't full when, I picked it up. Hertz employee acknowledged that fact.i returned the vehicle with more gas than if had when I picked it up, and was still charged for fuel.

I was anxious renting from this location after I saw some of the previous reviews but I had a great experience. I returned the car clean with a full tank of gas and did not experience any extra charges or fees. Everything went smoothly and they were friendly.
