1771 30th Ave, East MolineI had my three feral kittens that I rescued spayed on 2/2 of 26 and two kittens are doing great and my one cat she's part Siamese and end up ripping her stitches open and QC paws. The doctor was on vacation down in New Orleans until the 21st and I couldn't get her in and these wonderful, wonderful people at furever family got me in within 20 minutes after me calling them. They are a blessing in disguise. I would recommend them 100 folds to anybody that asked me where I bring my kittens. They really make you feel comfortable. They don't make you feel like you're a bad person or the way you look or what you drive. They are just wonderful wonderful people and I give my hats off all of them. They are a litter pricey. But are very good.. Thank you so much and I can't show you how appreciative I am. I will always go to them. And the great news is they don't live too far from me. I hope they all have a wonderful, wonderful career and they prosper and they just have wonderful lifes..

After posting my review, the owner privately reached out to discuss the experiences I was having. He even offered to make things right.
Before I accepted, I had to try another experience to see if my concerns were actually addressed.
Happy to report, I’ve been back a couple of times since and the folks in the drive thru are READING the tickets and got drinks unprompted.

ENZO’S DOESN’T CARE
I frequent Enzo’s 1-2 times per week and order online for pick up every single time.
Every time I order a drink, I get to the pick up window and NO ONE has ever known we had drinks. I have to remind them every time. Even had an employee argue with me in the drive thru the last experience.
I called the restaurant after I left without my drink due to the rude employees and the ‘manager’ on duty who answered the phone said I ‘should’ve banged on the window until someone gave you your drink’
No apology, no listening to me explaining the situation…cut me off and was rude. Great management.
To further that, I had also left feedback on their website, via some AI chatbot tool…I left all of my information….no one ever responded to me or reached out. They don’t care about negative feedback unless it’s in a Google review.
The food at Enzos’s is quality, but the staff and attention to detail is worse than McDonald’s. When Enzo’s first opened, they rivaled Chic-Fil-A. Now they don’t seem to care.
